Additional Information
- Two golf carts are available to rent for an additional cost of $180,000 COP per day each, plus gasoline.
- The El Peñón condominium charges a one-time entrance fee of $220,000 COP for the group, plus $118,000 COP for each vehicle entering with you. This is the only condominium charge during the stay and is collected directly at check-in.
- A person is available for cleaning, cooking, and general household chores for $90,000 COP per day. This service must be booked in advance and accommodates groups of up to 10 people.
- Some condominium activities may involve additional charges, including golf, water skiing, spa services, and restaurants.
- Pets are not permitted during the stay.
- El Peñón does not allow tourist vans or public transportation to enter. Only private cars are permitted.

An excellent house and country club, the only problem is access to the complex since they limit the access of van-type vehicles inside the complex.

Excellent place. Mr. Leo was very attentive and formal, the house was spectacular, the condominium and common areas were incredible, and I rented the golf cart, which was very helpful
