Important Rules and Information

• A resort fee of MXN 518 per night, not per person, is payable at the security front desk upon arrival. This fee is separate from and independent of Maxwell Residences.
• All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband to access the property and amenities.
• Maximum occupancy is six guests. Additional fees apply after four guests.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Outside drinks, alcohol, food, and portable speakers are prohibited in the pool areas.
• Visitors are not permitted in common areas. Only registered guests may use the amenities.
• A MXN 5,000 security deposit will be requested on your credit card at check-in and released after the property is inspected at departure.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building and inside all units, including balconies.
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m.
• Noise is not permitted on the balcony at any time.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Violations of the rules may result in immediate removal or eviction from the property.

Guest Access

The property is located at Indah by Sayan Condo in the Conchas Chinas neighborhood.

Directions

1. Head south on Highway 200.
2. Turn right onto Calle Santa Barbara.
3. Take the immediate short left turn down the hill.
4. The entrance to the Indah building will be on your right.

Getting to the Beach

Take the street outside Indah and follow it downhill for approximately 200 meters. Turn right to reach the public beach, located about one block from the Indah tower.
