There are no restrictions on pool, jacuzzi, or common-area use. Guests may enjoy the villa’s amenities at any time. However, the maximum occupancy must match the number declared at booking to ensure proper preparation and service.

Additional Services and Important Information

The on-site concierge is present daily to oversee the property and assist with logistics and guest needs. Concierge services may include private chefs, massages, airport transfers, helicopter tours, boat parties, cultural excursions, and custom experiences.

The concierge is not authorized to sell or promote third-party services. This policy helps protect guest safety and preserve the quality of the experience.

After booking, guests will receive a secure form required by local authorities. A photo of a valid identification document or passport must be submitted for every guest.

• Free on-site parking is available for up to four standard vehicles or two SUVs.
• Due to Medellín’s tropical setting, insects may occasionally be present as part of the natural environment in Provenza.
• The booking covers only the number of guests declared at reservation.
• Any additional guests, whether visiting during the day or staying overnight, must be declared and paid for upon arrival.

Celebration Policy

Celebrations are welcome, subject to local noise regulations.

• After 10:00 p.m., all music must move inside the private club lounge.
• DJs, live bands, and amplified sound are not permitted in outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.
• Fireworks are prohibited.
