Penthouse Lucia with panoramic ocean views is a 3 story villa with a private heated pool, and three spacious balconies overlooking the ocean. Our common area pools are the largest in Sayulita and one of the two pools is heated in the winter.
The space Villa Lucia has 3 floors, 370m2 total which include a top level upper sundeck and main terrace area with a private heated pool. The master suite has a private ocean view balcony and ensuite bath.
Enjoy ocean views from every room and watch spectacular sunsets on the bay. The first-floor living area leads to the main balcony and a private pool with sunchairs and palm trees overlooking the ocean. The 3rd floor deck is perfect for taking in the sun and sweeping views of the bay.
There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, each with a king-sized bed and an additional futon bed in the upper TV area. The loft-style floor plan of Penthouse Lucia is perfect for entertaining. Relax in one of two living areas, dine in or hire a private chef. Dual modern kitchens include a flat-top electric stove, and breakfast bar opening out to the living and dining area.
Our secure condo complex is located on the tranquil north bay of Sayulita. Our common area pools are the largest in Sayulita. The Villa Lucia penthouse is ideal for families and couples seeking comfortable and luxury accommodations in beautiful Sayulita. Parking, daily maid service and 24 hour security are included. Our complex has new cafe open each morning.

Other things to note Villa Lucia Penthouse is on an upper floor with stairs to climb/no elevator. The view is quite breathtaking - you see the entire bay and town below. It is NOT suitable for guests with mobility issues. Our staff help carry all luggage to the apartment for you. You may rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle to park up on the top of the building, right next to the unit. There are golf carts on site for rental at USD45 per day which can also go up hill directly to the unit (I highly recommend this option) Our property is right in front of the main beach. There is a short incline/hill going up.

Excellent stay. The rooms are super comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning. We didn't even want to leave the room. Beautiful views from the terrace. The penthouse is at the very top, so you have to climb a lot of stairs, but everything else is excellent. Ezequiel was very nice to us, always attentive and quick to respond. Easy access to the beach, and we were able to take the chairs and umbrellas from the room. We were unlucky with the pool, which was under maintenance. It would have been fun to use it. We'll have to come back another time. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous place with a ton of room. Plenty of room for 4 people to spread out. The view was INCREDIBLE. Such a beautiful place to spend our time. The hosts were super responsive and communicated the entire time. The only thing is the cleaning team entered the home on our first full day when we had the do not disturb sign up. That felt super invasive…. Additionally the shower in the en suite bathroom upstairs didn’t heat up

This is an amazing place to spend a vacation. Spectacular views, comfortable rooms, high ceilings with great natural light. The small pool on the deck is a fantastic place to hang out in and look at the sunset. For us this was very walkable, and we didn’t mind the hill. We were there for a few weeks and Chelsea and Ezequiel were very responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful stay! The condo has the best view in Sayulita, perfect for sundowners, and is set away from the noise of the town center. The communication with our hosts was on point all the time and the check-in and check-out was easy. 5 stars

The place is fantastic! Very secluded but a quick golf cart ride down the hill and you can be at the beach, cute restaurants and little markets! The golf cart is a must. And Ezequiel was so friendly and quick to help out! Can’t wait to go back!

Chelsea and Ezequil were great hosts. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The pictures do not do this place justice. The view from their balconies are absolutely breathtaking - the sunrises and sunsets I could sit on that deck the whole trip. Their place is as described and perfect for a weekend getaway. There is a main bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, the third floor is another balcony and viewing area, plenty of room to spread out at the end of the day for everyone. The property sits a top a very large hill, you will want to rent the golf cart (no questions asked). It is about a 3-4 minute golf cart ride to the bottom where there is a great coffee shop and direct access to the beach. The town is about 6-8 minutes from the house and there are so many great restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!
