The Space

This luxury boutique house is located in the heart of the city, close to the best restaurants and plazas. The property is rented as a complete house and accommodates up to 12 guests across five rooms and three floors.

The nightly rate includes:

Getting Around

Within the Walled City, walking is the best way to get around. To travel between the Walled City and Bocagrande, private cars, taxis, buses, or traditional chivas are recommended. Although the walk takes no more than 25 minutes, the high temperatures can make it tiring.

House Rules

Child Supervision and Documentation

Children are permitted only under parental supervision and when the required documentation is provided.

• If accompanied by both parents, the child must present legal documentation, such as an identity card or birth certificate, verifying the parental relationship.
• If accompanied by only one parent, the child must present legal documentation verifying the parental relationship, along with authenticated permission from the absent parent.

Guest Registration

• The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number registered on Airbnb.
• All guests must be identified by name and present valid identification at check-in.
• People who are not part of the registered guest group may not enter the property.
• The accommodation reserves the right to admit accompanying or occasional visitors; however, access to the property will not be permitted for unregistered individuals.
• If an unregistered companion is found entering a room, the full reservation amount will be charged.

These measures help protect both guests and the accommodation.

Additional Rules

• Parties are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors and permitted only on the balcony or terrace.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Drugs and sexual tourism are prohibited.
• Guests must maintain order and cleanliness, behave respectfully, uphold standards of decency, and avoid disturbing neighbors during nighttime hours.
• The accommodation reserves the right of admission.

Smoking Penalty

If a guest smokes inside a room, they must pay:

• The accommodation’s deodorizing and cleaning costs, estimated at USD 200 and settled at the representative market exchange rate on the payment date.
• The cost of two nights at the applicable accommodation rate, since the cleaning and deodorizing process prevents the room from being used during the following two nights.

Protection Against Exploitation

We oppose any conduct that contributes to sexual exploitation, including the sexual and commercial exploitation of children and adolescents (ESCNNA).

Check-In Information

Entrance instructions are shared 48 to 24 hours before check-in, after guests have completed registration by submitting identification documents for everyone staying at the property.

Guests are also required to sign an additional accommodation contract alongside the Airbnb agreement. This document outlines the specific reservation terms, property policies, and house rules.
