A luxury house with all the comforts of a fine hotel, Casa Piaw’i is where you can make yourself at home. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and the house is full of natural light, making it cozy.
Our home is located just five short blocks from the Main Plaza, three blocks from Hotel Casa Santo Domingo, and a half-block from the San Francisco Church. Fresh bread is available a few steps from the house, and laundry services are just around the corner. Some of the best restaurants are only a 2 min.
The space This newly constructed home is situated in the heart of Antigua. The cozy living space is within walking distance of Parque Central, churches, marketplaces, ruins, and the vibrant nightlife that Antigua has to offer.
Included services are Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and hot water. The house is located in a safe residential area, surrounded by affordable bars, coffee shops, restaurants, a Spanish school, and churches. It is directly across from the famous San Francisco Church
Guest access Guests can access all the property facilities except for the laundromat that is only for our staff.
Other things to note If you book our place, you are agreeing that someone from our cleaning staff will come every day at 8:00 AM. If your reservation includes a Tuesday or Thursday, please consider that the gardener will come for house and garden maintenance. These services are not optional; they are our way of keeping the house clean and in perfect condition for all guests.
The house has parking for two small cars or one large car.
Please note that one of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi. It only functions as a bathtub; the engine cannot be started to use it as a Jacuzzi to conserve water, as Antigua experiences water shortages.
Daily cleaning is included in the price, covering room cleaning and the rest of the house. However, washing dishes, cooking, or running errands are the guest's responsibility; our staff will not be available for these tasks.
An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the property is not left in excellent condition. This includes dirty dishes or additional cleaning required in any area of the house, at a rate of $25.

Excellent location near Good Hotel, Saul, and other cafes. We loved getting coffee every morning at Coffea cafe which is a World’s 100 Best Coffee Shop! Has inside parking which fits a mid sized SUV like a RAV4. The house comes with daily housekeeping which was great because we were traveling with a group that included a service dog. There was no laundry available which was accurately described in the listing (washer and dryer only for housekeeping), so we used the nearby Spring Laundry which has a nice wash and fold service.

We needed a getaway in town following my daughter’s surgery and the birth of her first child. Their home in Antigua is undergoing renovations and since her birth was 3 weeks early it wasn’t ready to move back in. We live in the US and visit regularly and will rent again if it’s available. The indoor/outdoor space was peaceful and lovely, and we had all the kitchen equipment we could possibly need.

We had a great stay here. Our original accommodation in Antigua was suddenly cancelled the day before our arrival, so we booked this place at the last minute, and we’re very glad we did. We stayed as a family of five, and the house was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Antigua on foot. It was easy to walk around the city, come back to the house to relax, and head out again. This place was a big part of what made our stay in Antigua so enjoyable. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful house in an amazing location, and we had a good stay overall. A few things future guests should consider: The house is on a very busy street, with buses passing quickly even very early in the morning, so there is noticeable traffic noise. The garage is extremely small; our VW SUV barely fit, and we had to fold in the mirrors to get through the narrow entrance. The outside keypad sometimes required several attempts. The cleaning arrangement was also unusual: the staff comes according to their schedule. They entered while we were away, which made us uncomfortable since we didn’t know when someone might access the house. They also do not wash dishes. We were especially surprised that the washer and dryer are locked and unavailable to guests. This was inconvenient, as having laundry access is one of the main reasons we prefer a house. We were instead referred to a laundromat. Wi-Fi was also not always reliable. Overall, a lovely home and excellent location.

Everything about our stay was perfect! This Airbnb is in a great location. It has super comfortable rooms, is very spacious and has every amenity you could need. The hosts are communicative and very helpful.
