A very cozy house with exactly the location and amenities mentioned in his description. The pool is clean, and the kitchen is spacious with everything you need. Although there are details that could be improved for the price you pay, none of them affect the good stay. Definitely an excellent place. We would definitely come back.

An amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were delighted with the accommodation. Everything was excellent from our arrival: the place was spotless, very clean, comfortable, beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent for enjoying Cancun and everything was very well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent at all times. He was always very attentive, friendly, and willing to help us with any questions. You can tell they put care and attention into making sure guests have a very good experience.

We had a great time staying at this place. The location is great, there are some coffee shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance, and everything else is within a 15-30 minute drive. We felt very safe and the house was very private and easy to get to. Host is very responsive so will answer at any time for any of your needs. I would definitely recommend for a group of 8-10 people and would certainly book it again!

The home was beautiful and bigger than I thought , we were 13 and each room had a bathroom. Pool was big and the outdoor space was perfect. We were able to walk to eat tacos and the pharmacy was nearby as well. We also went and got bread in a nearby bakery. House was spotless and everything was perfect.

A great place to stay if you come as a group of friends or as a family. There were 9 of us and a pet. No space problems. The bedrooms are super comfortable. Optimal A/C throughout the house. The house is impeccable. There are enough bathrooms. No water problems. The patio has a large pool that is super clean and very safe because it is shallow. Very well lit and private because it's inside the house and not shared with neighbors. There is a speaker so you can set the mood with your favorite music, but please keep the volume moderate. The location is great, central and safe. Cristina is always attentive to what is required of her. Totally recommended if you are traveling in a large group and want to spend time talking about the day that has passed, with family or friends, cooling off in this wonderful pool. Or, on the contrary, start the day with a relaxing dip. We would definitely come back. Thank you.
