The 130-square-meter condo offers a comfortable base for discovering the city. Start the day with coffee at a nearby café, enjoy a meal at Mercado Roma, or use the city’s excellent public transportation to explore Mexico City.

The property is also a short distance from La Condesa, Chapultepec Castle and Park, the Zoo, the Museum of Anthropology, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Angel of Independence.

Living Areas

• The living room features a comfortable sofa and armchairs arranged around a wall-mounted Smart TV.
• Direct access to the private balcony is available from the living room.
• A desk and chair provide a convenient setup for remote work or study.
• The dining table comfortably seats eight guests.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker and blender for preparing meals and drinks.
• A water filter is installed, making the water from the small tap in the sink safe to drink.
• An in-unit washer and dryer provide additional convenience.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The condo accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

• Bedroom 1: One king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds
• Bedroom 3: One double bed

Guest Access

Self-check-in is available. However, all adult guests must provide a copy of their identification before arrival to receive access to the property on the day of check-in.

All guests and visitors must be registered with their identification documents at least 24 hours before check-in.

Important Information

• A maximum of five visitors per day is permitted in the apartment.
• Security cameras are installed outside the property.
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
• After booking, you will receive a link to sign the Rental Agreement and upload identification for the primary guest and all adult guests staying at the property through the secure guest portal.
• Completing the Rental Agreement and identification process before check-in is required for all reservations.
• Failure to submit the required identification will result in denied access to the building.
• The number of guests may not exceed the number listed on the reservation.
• Visitors must submit their identification one day in advance, or building security may deny them access.
• Depending on the booking platform used, a security deposit may be required. It will be refunded after check-out provided all terms are met.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
• Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $300 fine.
• Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
• Cleaning service is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
• The property is not pet-friendly.
• A crib or Pack ’n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
• Guests must climb stairs.
• Typical city noise, including traffic and construction, may be audible.
• The parking space accommodates only one regular-sized car, with maximum dimensions of 1.80 meters wide, 4.22 meters long, and 1.57 meters high.

Utilities

Electricity and water outages may occasionally occur in Mexico City and are beyond the host’s control. Although we apologize for any inconvenience caused by these disruptions, the host cannot be held responsible for them.

During your stay, the service includes checking and replenishing household items and bathroom essentials, with immediate-response availability from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
