This was an amazing place for our family of five. Right on the beach. Gorgeous views. Excellent condo. Great, secure property with nice pool steps away from the beach. A block away from restaurants, bakeries, cafes, grocery stores, markets, and more. Highly recommend.

This is a great place. It was very convenient to local restaurants and walking distance to pretty much everything in Jaco. The host gave good recommendations to activities, easy to book through the hosts instead of risking it with a travel company. Just make sure to read their policies carefully. We had an issue with one of the towels getting dirty that I was unaware of, but it’s all clear on their policy. It did not taint the vacation. We had a great time. Incredible views from this unit too. The ocean is right there. Pool was nice, but we didn’t use it very much. Front gate was easy to go in and out of and secure.

Davids team is THE most responsive property manager I've ever seen. Great communication and very quick responses (thank you!) The location and building are amazing! Great pool, beach, walkable restaurants everywhere. Parking is super easy, lots of security (maybe too much... even have to register with Airbnb if you are going to have a friend stop by for a visit in the middle of the day.) The unit is very spacious and the views are excellent. A couple downsides the Master Bed needs to be replaced as do the shower heads. The kitchen has very limited utensils so if you like to cook it is challenging. Also building right across the street and they start working at 7am.

We loved our stay. Sits right on the beach. The pool area has a great spot to wash off your feet before heading back to the room after my morning walks on the beach. The entire place was perfectly as described. Easy access to restaurants all within walking distance. Either on the beach or via the main road in town. There is a grocery store right up the road hidden inside a mall accross the main road. The pool is amazing! Its clean has different areas incase there are a few families and its just perfect temperature. The only thing we didn’t like which is out of control for the renter. Is the construction going on next door. During the day you hear grinding and loud music but not too bad. The ocean is definitely loud enough to keep that peaceful feeling. We have stayed at this condo before but a different unit. This stay was much better experience.
