Hotel Baliyana Lodge "Nalia"

The place was clean and well organized. However, it is mainly designed for couples, as the bathrooms lack privacy and the space is very open, which may be uncomfortable for other guests. What I disliked the most was the pool policy. Playing music is not allowed, and this was not clearly stated. One of the owners approached us around 10–11 a.m. to mention it, but unfortunately not in a polite manner. This made the situation uncomfortable. In addition, the pool cannot be used after 6 p.m., which was disappointing, as this is usually a relaxing time of day. Breakfast was acceptable, with eggs served every day, depending on personal taste. The lady was very kind, but the man was unfriendly, which negatively affected the stay. Overall, this was not a good experience and not a place I would recommend.

Puntos altos: desayuno incluido, orden y limpieza, hermoso paisaje, seguridad, agua caliente, cama confortable, piscina refrescante, playas relativamente cerca, puntualidad. Puntos de mejora: horario de piscina limitado, check in muy tarde, check Out muy temprano, mismo desayuno todos todos días. Hosts irrespetuosos, tuvimos una diferencia en cuanto a la alimentación en la habitación y sus palabras fueron "si no les gusta busquen un hotel", respuesta poco profesional. Al hacer check out, host reclama sobre la limpieza de la habitación, que la habíamos dejado sucia el día anterior, cuando ellos mismos ofrecen el servicio de limpieza diario a la habitación, mismo que está incluido dentro del precio que se pagó. Además, al ser un airbnb de playa, es normal que los huéspedes lleguen con arena y polvo, y evidentemente, ensuciar un poco el alojamiento es algo inevitable. Si les molesta tanto el tema de la suciedad, deberían de preguntarse si realmente quieren administrar un airbnb de playa.
