This house is great! Amazing location and a cool jungle compound with amazing plants and a fun little pool. The owners were very communicative and helpful. The house had a few things like an older coffee maker that took a really long time to brew coffee, the oven had a broken clock, etc. But those were just minor things and we still had a great trip. We LOVED being able to walk to Playa Langosta easily. The house had boogie boards for our kids, which were a hit! AC worked great and we had gated parking for our car. The staff were all very nice and trustworthy who cleaned the pool and the house. We felt safe and cared for and had a great experience! We have two adults and 3 kids ages 7 and under. It was tight with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom but it was perfect for a week. Great property!

Great location, private, very walkable. Host was very easy to communicate with. Good bargain for proximity to restaurants and beach. A little out of the main area of town but we preferred that and still easy to walk to everything.

Our stay with Donna was a great start to our vacation. I had a few flight issues that started my trip off on the wrong foot but Donna and Katarina were so accommodating and flexible to help me out with my reservation get it back on the right foot. The proximity to the beach and downtown are great for walking to anything you want to get into but also just far enough away for it to be quiet at night and separate from any bars or clubs. The pool was great place to cool off first thing in the morning or at night once you come in from the days adventures. The monkey's and wildlife in the trees really give you a great sense Costa Rica.

Great location! Very short walk to the beach and a few blocks to town. Host is responsive and helpful. This is our 3rd stay so we love the place.

Donna’s place was great! Exactly like the photos & super close to the beach. About a 10-15 minute walk to most restaurants and the heart of Tamarindo, but wasn’t an issue. Beach was only about 4-5 min walk down a road / path and was very beautiful. She had the place cooled down & ready to go for when we got there. We were day late arriving due to a cancelled flight & she was super accommodating to that. Thank you, Donna!

We had an issue with another rental and had to leave. We were lucky to find this available, with Donna responding immediately to our inquiry. We were able to meet our co-host and get in, even though it was growing later into the night. Host was super responsive during the stay. Casa Luna is a private oasis. The garden and pool area are great to relax and read, have morning coffee or evening cocktails, yet the unit is very walkable to the beach and downtown, just outside the hubbub. The gated off-street parking is a bonus. The pool is a shared area with the second unit, but we hardly saw or heard anyone. We will keep these units in mind when traveling with another family and have a larger group. Interior was comfortable and the kitchen has basics to cook. Casa Luna was just what we needed and we would not hesitate to book again.

Donna’s place is in a great location walkable to both Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. Short walk to both beaches.Located away from the hustle and bustle so very quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants within a short walkable distance. Provided great directions as well as quickly responding to me when i developed an infection and needed antibiotics with recommendations for treatment. Keylin the housekeeper is the sweetest and keeps the place spotless. She even did laundry for us and I’m pretty particular about my clothes (not drying certain items. Etc.) and she did a wonderful job. My only con is I wish the bed would have been at least a queen size instead of just a double but we managed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Pure Vida
