The Space

Our two-story villa offers a spacious 1,600 square feet under air conditioning and is among the finest on the property. It features two suites and comfortably accommodates up to five guests with two queen beds and one roll-out bed. Additional beds can be requested through the resort.

The villa includes a large backyard perfect for relaxing with a cocktail in a shaded hammock, ideal for family time and enjoying nature. It is one of only seven luxury units with private parking and backup power to maintain Wi-Fi, fans, and lighting during power outages.

Terraza de Palermo Restaurant and Bar is a short, pleasant walk away, offering dramatic dining experiences with tropical pool views and ocean sunsets.

Taxis to San Juan town and nearby beaches, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and tour operators are available 24 hours a day for approximately $3.

Additional Information

• Electricity is costly in San Juan. Guests are asked to turn off air conditioning when not at home. Metered electrical usage is charged at $0.35 per kWh and paid directly to the resort at checkout. With responsible use, expect about $4 per person per day.
• Daily light cleaning is complimentary and available upon request, including making beds, washing dishes, garbage disposal, and sweeping.
• Deep cleaning services are available for $28.75 per session and include linen changes, patio washing, and replenishing soap, shampoo, and lotions.
• The villa can comfortably host four guests with two queen beds and two couches. Additional beds can be arranged at extra cost; please notify in advance to prepare rooms accordingly.
• Guests have exclusive access to the villa and all resort facilities.
• Laundry services are available through the resort; there is no washer or dryer in the villa.
• Utilities are billed separately and not included in rental rates.
• A weekly deep cleaning fee of $35 applies, covering linens and detailed upkeep to maintain the home’s condition.
