This place did not disappoint in proximity to pools and restaurant. The covered porch provided ample space with beautiful views. Some of the outdoor lights were not working and it was a bit dim at night. But overall it was perfect.

Scott's house is truly a gem! Situated in a beautiful location with a great view of San Juan del Sur and the ocean. The pools are fantastic! They are right next to the house, which makes it feel like they are your own pools. The terrace is large, just like the house itself. San Juan del Sur is easily accessible on foot. It is 285 steps down, which is no problem at all. Only going up in the heat is tough, but a cooling splash in the pool is wonderful afterwards. All in all, you can reach the city center with all its restaurants and shops in 10 minutes on foot. Scott, thanks for the great time, and we highly recommend your home.
