The Space

This remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Gran Pacífica Resort features a private pool, charcoal barbecue, central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and three televisions. It is situated in a secure community with paved streets, a golf course, sports courts, green areas, and private beaches known for excellent surfing.

The house offers a peaceful, family-friendly environment with access to a restaurant, store, and play areas.

Inside, the bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned to ensure comfortable nights. Multiple windows in the living room provide excellent airflow rarely found in other properties.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• One queen bed with a private bathroom
• Two double beds sharing a bathroom with the living room

The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove and oven. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Outdoor spaces include:

• A front porch with a sofa area overlooking the golf course
• A back porch featuring hammocks, pool chairs, a pool table with sofas, and a charcoal barbecue

Guests receive a Resort Access Pass valid for up to six people, granting full use of all Gran Pacífica Resort facilities and experiences. The pass includes:
