The Space

Casa El Camino is situated in a private and tranquil valley north of Santa Teresa. The beach, restaurants, and supermarket are all within a five-minute walk. This spacious house provides ample areas to relax, whether on the terrace or by the saltwater pool, making it an ideal spot to unwind and disconnect.

For guests who need to work, the house offers a 100 Mbps fiber internet connection. Please note that the property is not suitable for parties, and guests are asked to respect the peaceful surroundings. Access to the house requires a 4x4 vehicle.

The villa features natural wood finishes throughout, an open-air loft kitchen, high ceilings, a treehouse lounge area, vibrant accents, lush gardens, and a saltwater pool.

On the main floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a large indoor kitchen. The loft on the first floor includes a king-size bed and a small outdoor kitchen. Both floors are separate and connected from the outside, each with an open tropical bathroom.

Rooms are cleaned daily except on Sundays and national holidays. Parking is available on the property. Wi-Fi is included. The house accommodates up to six guests.

Location

The property is located in a quiet and relaxed neighborhood about 150 meters uphill. Despite its peaceful setting, it offers convenient access to nearby amenities. The beach, grocery store, and local restaurants are within a 5 to 10-minute walk.

The local bus station is also a five-minute walk away. Car and ATV rentals are available nearby.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and free access to the yoga shala.

Important Notes

• A 4x4 vehicle is mandatory for accessing the property.
• The house is not a party venue; guests must respect the tranquil environment.
• Bath towels are changed every three days at most. Towels provided are not intended for beach use, so guests should bring their own beach towels.
• Laundry service is available at $15 per machine load; the host is not responsible for lost or damaged clothing. Laundry turnaround is typically one to two days depending on demand.
• Guests are responsible for washing their own dishes; cleaning staff will not handle this.
• Pets are welcome. However, if dog waste is not cleaned up around the house, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
