- A downstairs den with a sofa bed and pull-out mattress, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably.

- A spacious living room featuring a 90-inch smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
- The downstairs den also has its own kitchen, refrigerator, table, and seating area, making it a perfect spot to watch TV while keeping an eye on children playing by the pool.

Guest Access
The home is located immediately to the left of the security gate upon entering Pedregal. It is easy to find, marked by a large painted sign that reads "Casa Solnordal" on the front of the house. Security guards will also direct you to the property.
There are two entrances to the home:
- The driveway entrance at the bottom level.
- The street entrance at the top level.

This is a great house in a perfect location. It is just a few minutes walk from downtown Cabo and the marina. I stay in Cabo several times a year and this is my favorite place so far. The house has a great set up with a bedroom kitchen living room on the top level and on the pool level below has another kitchen and refrigerator set up. The property is very well maintained and in a very safe area. I would highly recommend this home and will be my first choice when I return to Cabo. The team that takes care of it does a great job.

The place was perfect for my bachelorette party with 7 guests! We all had plenty of space and the living room was a great space to hang out. The pool was lovely and there were great views from both patios. Would definitely recommend!

WOW!! Pictures do not do this place justice!! Easy access to many shops and restaurants. There were 5 adults and we had more than enough room. Everyone had their own bathroom (which is a plus) along with all bathroom essentials (soap, shampoo and conditioner). Communication was wonderful and Jeanne offered many things for us to do. Would highly recommend her place! Thank you again Jeanne for your beautiful home!! We had a blast!!

We loved this property! Very spacious and stunning views!! It was very safe and relaxing but also is walking distance from the city, restaurants , bars, shops, etc you get the best of both worlds! How was very responsive and so helpful in us feeling comfortable during our stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Cabo! Michaela was very helpful and quick to respond. The house is as described - great location, very close to town (marina less than 10 minute walk), well stocked with linens and pool towels. Shuttles were easily arranged with Michaela's assistance! Uber was able to pick up - at the security gate. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Was exactly as described. House was very clean as was the pool. Michaela was on top of all our requests and questions. We all felt very safe and would definitely recommend this place to others.
