We received the house very clean and organized. Very complete kitchen, new A/C, large TV in the living room, and terrace furniture. The property is centrally located within the resort, with easy access to the beach for swimming, and close to the clubhouse for renting golf carts and touring the entire complex. Excellent price!

The house is very nice, and the place is very safe; it has a well-equipped kitchen.

Bathrooms in good condition, living room small but everything was fine, with a large TV screen. The only thing is that it's a long way from the beach or the hotel's central pool; the host is very responsive. The only things missing are a barbecue and mirrors in the bedrooms. I would return to this place for the tranquility. Safety and Conditions Provided. Thank you very much for everything

It was a wonderful home, and the location was perfect for the occasion—not too crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. The pools were clean, and we had a great time, especially enjoying the beautiful sunset by the beach.

Carolina was very helpful and always attentive to my calls and our needs. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience—my family and kids truly enjoyed it.

The place is very nice, I didn't know there was a private beach and we were surprised, I recommend the villa and the house.

I recommend bringing food, as there are no supermarkets nearby.

The stay was great. The house was very clean and well equipped. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the house is cool. Carolina and Xochilt who took care of us were very friendly and attentive. The only thing that did not match the description and what was shown in the photos is that the house did not have a TV, it is not a big inconvenience but as it was shown as part of the equipment we planned some activities that included it and when we asked there was no solution. From then on, everything was great.

Everything was good with the stay, a private, clean and comfortable place. The only negative thing is that there was a water leak in the bathroom of the master bedroom and there were puddles in the bathroom and bedroom. Some of the terrace chairs were also broken.

Our stay at Casa Colibri was as expected. The hosts and staff are very friendly. The place was clean and it's a complete house that perfectly suited what we were looking for! We hope to be back soon!

Very nice house. Very peaceful place. There is a swimming pool but it is about 1 km away, within the resort. There is a beach but you can't swim in the sea because it's full of stones.

Thank you for your comments Cedric. I apologize that you were not informed about the excellent swimming beaches just to the south of the restaurant in front of the golf green. The beach is protected by the reef and has a beautiful sand bottom. You are correct that directly in front of the restaurant there is the reef and it is not a good place for swimming. But a one minute walk in either direction and it is wonderful. The restaurant staff should have let you know and it is usually something that is mentioned at check in.
