Other things to note - The building's gas supply has problems supplying it to the apartments, which means that at the moment we do not have gas and hot water. (We hope it will be resolved as soon as possible, so we have opted to install a temporary electric stove)

First, there was absolutely no hot or warm water. Our showers was cold as ice. The curtains were broke in one room so sunlight beamed in the room and the room was overly hot and almost experienced sunburn. So, they had to move to the uncomfortable couch. The walls are so thin you can hear every single movement outside the unit from music, cars/busses, people talking d shouting. It was very difficult to get some rest. We couldn’t use the pool or hot tub because it was absolutely filthy. The only good is the place was clean, centrally located with a nice view. The directions to get to the unit was so difficult. Just put in the attraction “The Poin” and you’ll find the building. Major key landmark! Lastly, the oven didn’t work at all. Please don’t look forward to cooking. I don’t think they have gas service connected in order to turn on the stove or heat the shower water!!!!

The apartment itself is great. Balcony has a fantastic view. The pool was nice. The Complex The Sands is great. Check-in with an unnecessary app that didn't work at all. Had to go to the parking garage and apartment with passport and explanations. The camera in the elevator didn't recognize us either. Kitchen was poorly equipped overall. The stove and oven did not work. If we could have used the oven, we would have had to clean it beforehand. Not enough towels and instead of bringing some it was discussed. No hot water during our stay. Balcony chairs completely broken. Later check-out worked.
