Guest Access

Guests have access to all areas of the house. Parking is available for two vehicles.

Additional Information

My daughter, Xaviera, and I are here to help make your stay pleasant and ensure you feel at home.

• Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor green areas.
• Only miniature dogs are allowed as pets. Cats are not permitted.
• To maintain affordable rates, daily energy consumption is limited to 14 kilowatt-hours. If this amount is exceeded, an additional charge of $0.50 per kilowatt-hour will apply. A photo of the meter will be taken at check-in and check-out.
• To support environmental conservation, the grass and plants in the indoor and outdoor courtyards must be watered once a day. The plants inside the house must be watered once a week.
• Before leaving, place dirty clothes together in the designated room.
• Take out the garbage on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, when the garbage truck passes.
• After 10:00 p.m., reduce the volume of electrical equipment to a minimum.
