Casa Samba rises above Manuel Antonio and spans approximately 5,200 square feet across four levels. Designed around its panoramic setting, the villa includes expansive terraces, open-air living spaces, and natural ventilation that brings ocean breezes and tropical scenery into the home.

The private infinity-style pool sits above the coastline, offering views of the surrounding jungle and Pacific horizon. Poolside lounge areas provide a comfortable setting for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

The main living areas are designed for Manuel Antonio’s tropical climate, with an open-air layout, ceiling fans, and refreshing ocean breezes. The kitchen, dining area, and gathering spaces connect naturally to create a relaxed environment for families and friends.

Casa Samba has five air-conditioned bedrooms distributed across different levels of the villa. The fifth bedroom is located in a separate casita, providing an especially private retreat within the property.

Guests have private and exclusive use of the entire five-bedroom villa, including:

Casa Samba is built into a steep hillside across multiple levels, with numerous stairs throughout the property, including stairs from the parking area to the villa entrance. Guests with mobility limitations should consider this before booking.

Important Information About Your Stay

Housekeeping and Laundry

For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, maid service is available for an additional $25 per day. Guests do not have direct access to the villa’s laundry facilities; personal laundry can be handled by the housekeeping staff.

Private Chef

Chef experiences are not automatically included with the reservation but may be arranged through the Escape Villas concierge team. Food and beverages are additional.

Security Deposit

A refundable cash security deposit of $500–$1,000, depending on group size, is required at check-in to cover damage or missing items.

Stairs and Accessibility

Casa Samba is a multi-level hillside villa with numerous stairs, including stairs from the parking area to the main entrance. The property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
