This luxury villa features five air-conditioned bedrooms and six bathrooms. A separate casita contains the fifth bedroom, providing additional privacy. All common areas—including the kitchen, dining room, and game/entertainment room—are open-air, equipped with multiple ceiling fans and cooled by ocean breezes.

Each bedroom is located on a different level to maximize privacy. The spacious game room includes a TV, pool table, wet bar with a refrigerator, and ample comfortable seating. The covered outdoor living room is an ideal spot to enjoy the natural surroundings and stunning views.

Monkeys frequently visit the property, so be sure to have your camera ready.

• Hand sanitizer gel is available at the front door entrance
• Housekeeping and maintenance staff wear face masks at all times
• The villa is thoroughly disinfected before arrival and after departure
• The property is exclusively reserved for your group, with no shared spaces

Important Information

• For last-minute bookings within 60 days, maid service is available for an additional $25 per day. Please contact your host to arrange this.
• Laundry facilities are not accessible to guests.
• A cash deposit between $500 and $1,000 is required at check-in, depending on group size, to cover potential damages or missing items.
• Please be aware that reaching the villa entrance from the parking area involves climbing many steps.
