Overview
This beachfront property comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests, making it ideal for large groups. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush gardens, featuring a refreshing pool and a palapa. Each evening, you can enjoy Roatan's breathtaking sunsets from the privacy of our dock.
Inside, the villas showcase granite countertops throughout, elegant tiled floors, vaulted ceilings, and stunning ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen is both spacious and beautifully designed. For scuba enthusiasts, some of the best dive sites are accessible directly from our dock.
The Space
Our luxury villas are situated within the secure Villas at Gibson Point complex. Completed in 2015, each villa features tiled flooring throughout. Renting this property grants you access to all three villas, each sharing the same layout but decorated uniquely.
The upper level offers an open living area with:
- Granite countertops and under-mount sinks in the kitchen islands
- A 6-burner gas stove and all necessary cooking utensils
- Living and dining rooms surrounded by windows and a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean
- A sofa with a queen-size pull-out bed for additional lounging
- Dining tables seating 8 to 12 guests comfortably
- Ceiling fans and air conditioning to keep you comfortable in tropical weather
The lower level includes two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom:
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and private balcony
- Master bathroom featuring granite countertops and a spacious walk-in shower
- Guest bedroom with two double beds, granite countertops, and a walk-in shower
- The center villa’s guest room also includes a twin bed
- All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and ultra-quiet air conditioning units

Additional Services

Las Villas están muy bonitas, aunque no lo recomiendo para familias bastantes grandes (+10), si el objetivo es pasar juntos pues allí van a estar separados, pero si este no es su caso no hay ningún problema. Todo es muy bonito y la pasamos muy bien el lugar sin embargo solo hay tres cositas que no recomiendo: 1. La playa de enfrente no sirve para bañar 2. Es agobiante demasiadas reglas en la casa 3. el cobro de la energía por separado es un tanto incómodo y fuera de lo convencional.

We had a great time in Roatán and Gary’s Villas were in a great location with access to the West End, West Bay, and day trips to the eastern end of the island. A few local beach restaurants like Baha Bahina and Fresh were perfect for lunch and breakfast. There’s also a local grocery store with a good selection. Natalia, the property manager, was also local and supported our check in and answered questions we had and helped us find activities and excursions. We would rebook Gary’s villas on a return to Roatan!

The "3 Villas" is lovely! The location is private, clean and safe. Each villa in its self is a great get-away, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. We ate and prepared food communally, so basically only used 1 large kitchen and great room -- with a great view. Everything was well apportioned -- We didn't want for anything. The staff was super communicative and VERY helpful. The entire place was SUPER clean (the staff did an amazing job!). The views look just like the pictures. The villa's are a very short walk to a private little beach and dock. Great pool. Easy walking distance to a small port where we boarded our SCUBA charter.

These villas are amazing. We had a large group and rented all three for a week. The pool is PERFECT and the snorkel from the dock was the best we experienced. absolutely a hidden gem and just a short swim from the dock. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. DO NOT FORGET OIL BASE BUG spray. The lemon eucalyptus spray you can get on Amazon works perfectly. We only used the air conditioning at night so our bill was very reasonable but if you run it your entire stay it will add up. There are a few restaurants in walking range but catching a cab on the corner (it will make sense once you are there) is the best way to get to west end or west bay. Natalia is the house host while you are there and she also owns a dive company. She is a wealth of information and also a fantastic contact for anything dive and snorkel related. We did 2 great combo dive/snorkel adventures for our large group and it was perfect! half of our group did the dives while the other half snor

Gary was very responsive and helped us when our other location for the first days fell through. The property was beautiful and had everything we could need and more. Everything was clean and comfortable. We rented all three villas for a large family get together and it was perfect. Natalia, his property manager, Pedro and the cleaning staff were all very friendly, helpful and treated us as family. They were very knowledgeable about the island, even helped us set up birthday celebrations for our niece. We will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thanks Gary & staff for helping make our holidays extra special!

We booked all three villas for a group of 12 and it was more than enough space. Loved the common areas, kitchen, pool area, etc. great location and access to dock was super nice. Will definitely stay again when we come back!

Beautiful location and good value. We rented all three villas for nine adults and four children. There was plenty of space, and it was very nice to have the pool and beautiful grounds to ourselves in addition to the generous indoor space (two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and living area, and a balcony in every villa). the space could have easily hosted several more people. There is also a shared beach and dock, though there are much nicer beaches and better snorkeling elsewhere in the area. Pedro the gardener is amazing, there everyday working hard to keep the property looking good and helping out. Be sure to keep track of your water so you can buy more from him during the day when he is there. Also be careful about your electricity use--it is expensive! We were super careful and spent $230 total for five days.
