The Space

Casa Gaviota 2 is part of a secure, fully enclosed property situated just 400 meters from the stunning Playa Negra and a short distance from downtown Puerto Viejo, where you can experience authentic local culture and a relaxed atmosphere. The property is elevated above the main street and accessed through an electric gate.

This house shares the property with one identical house and three suites with terraces, each having independent entrances. There is also a laundry area for cleaning staff.

The house features two bedrooms:

• The master bedroom includes one king-size bed.
• The second bedroom has one double bed plus a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, equipped with hot water and air conditioning.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire house and all its amenities, including the pool, open kitchen, bedrooms, outdoor seating areas, and barbecue space.

Additional Information

• Parking: Each house is allocated one indoor parking spot and one outdoor parking space. If there are more than two vehicles, additional cars must be parked on the street.
• Water: Tap water in the area is generally not potable. To accommodate this, one drum of drinking water is provided per stay. Additional water can be purchased and refilled at the supermarket for approximately $8.
