Very nice apartment next to the beach. It is nicely furnished, has a comfortable bed and feels like home. Would definitely be back.

Loved it! Cold A/C, hot shower, plenty of towels and pillows. A LOT of seating in dining and living rooms. All the kitchen tools! In general the condo feels like a home, with the usual things you would find in one (like a notepad and pen, kitchen condiments, an umbrella, books, all the towels you might need, shower, bathroom, laundry, and kitchen essentials...that kind of details). It was perfectly clean, smelled good and just felt well-kept. I noticed a review mentioned noise, but even though the apartment IS next to the pool area and restaurant of the hotel next door, with the windows closed you can barely hear the music in the background. They also turn it off at bedtime, so not an issue at all. The pool area was well maintained and the beach is right outside the condo gate. The host is fantastic! Extremely responsive (one of the fastest I've dealth with) and ready to help with anything. This makes such a difference! I want to come back very soon!

Great location just outside of Tamarindo. I was looking for a quieter experience from my last stay in Tamarindo and I found it with Andrea’s unit. Close to great restaurants, beaches and a pool. Highly recommended

This was my first trip to Costa Rica and this location was ideal. A very spacious condo with everything you could hope for. AC was quiet, rooms were spacious, building and property were well taken care of. 2 minute walk to Langosta and was able to surf off the river mouth everyday. There's a pool on the property as well. There's a market a block away and plenty available there that you could prepare all your meals. This property and location exceeded my expectations, I hope to come back.

This was the most comfortable AirBnb unit we found in our three months of touring Costa Rica. The funishings are comfortable and the space is well laid out. The resort has direct access to Langosta Beach and it is an easy walk to Tamrindo Beach and restuarants. It is, however, immediately next to a resort hotel so you will get loading dock noise first thing in the morning and resort music and activity coaching most of the late morning and afternoon.

Very good location, quiet, ideal for relaxing, very close to the beach, and the accommodation is in good condition.

We had a fabulous week-long stay at Andrea's apartment. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable with easy access in a secure apartment complex. The beds are great as is the kitchen and the outdoor deck. The location of the apartment is fabulous -- a quick walk to Playa Langosta, which is nicer and less crowded than the Tamarindo beach. The pool is also very chill and refreshing. The walk into town was easy and safe. Only issues were low water pressure and the loud music from the adjacent hotel -- but these were not big a deal. We did have a minor issue which Andrea resolved immediately. You can't get a nicer place for 2-4 people than this in the whole Tamarindo area. We will definitely stay here again.

It was mostly work trip for me but full leisure for my family, it was a great location, a very convenient grocery shop near by, nice restaurants, beach front location with beautiful sunsets and I felt it was very safe. I will definitely go back.

The house was perfect for us! The exit to the beach is beautiful and the house has many amenities! Highly recommended for family travel.

Un lugar increíble, las fotos no le hacen justicia, muy limpio, ordenado todo funciona perfecto, Andrea siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, llegar a la playa es muy sencillo, a pocos pasos del departamento, la piscina muy limpia y hermosa. En resumen es el lugar perfecto para compartir en familia, descansar y pasarla bien.
