The property is spacious, pleasant and has a lot of potential. I would especially like to mention Ms. Irma, who was in charge of the kitchen and cleaning. She was always very friendly, respectful, and professional. The food was excellent, and their service was one of the best aspects of our stay. However, the experience was affected by some maintenance issues. Upon arrival, we found several large cockroaches in the kitchen and, although there was an intention to address the situation, it was not possible to resolve it during our stay. In addition, the pool water remained cloudy throughout the weekend, not being in the expected condition to enjoy it. I would also have appreciated more follow-up from the host after reporting these issues. With better attention to maintenance, the experience could be considerably improved.

When you are welcomed somewhere with coffee, cookies, and a stuffed animal for your pet, stay because that's the place! A dreamy, neat, spacious, cozy and modern farm. With the best view of the mountains of the coffee region. It's a real privilege to be able to enjoy it! Natalia is an outstanding host. I'm immensely grateful for everything!

The place is beautiful, the layout of the social areas and the rooms is very good. The pool and Jacuzzi are very nice to share as a family. The whole house is impeccable and very well laid out and special mention to Irma and Lucia, warm and friendly people, with great seasoning and attention that make us feel comfortable. Javier the pool attendant is also very attentive to what you need. Super recommended

The highlight was Irma and her crew. They were super helpful, fed us well, and kept our place clean. They were also very friendly. They accommodated our needs. They helped find services we needed. The host was very responsive. Plenty of space for our 21 person family. Felt safe with security. They were available to heat/fix the jacuzzi when required. Montenegro is also super close which allowed us to quickly go into town if needed. Would stay every single time we go back to Armenia with a big family. The only cons would be, the cook cannot go grocery shopping which would have saved us some time if we didn't have to do it ourselves. Also, with big rain, the king suite and other rooms flooded and the pool area was a huge puddle.
