We had a wonderful stay at this property. Dalia and Matt are very kind and made us feel at home right away. Dalia’s cooking is spectacular.. highly recommend! The home is as pictured and is very comfortable. Beautiful views of the reef. Kayaks and paddle boards are great as well! You can take the kayak out the to the feet or snorkel right off of the dock. Next time, we will spend more nights here at Anoranza and less on West Bay. We had a nice stay at the Grand Roatán but had our best days while staying here. We also will take advantage of the excursion options provided through the host vs booking elsewhere. Communication was clear from start to finish.

We don't know where to start in singing the praises of this place. The house itself is wonderful. Spacious, well thought out, super comfortable bed, private pool, great outdoor spaces, and cozy furniture. The view was incredible. Sunrise, sunset, all day long the reef was sitting there like a jewel calling out to you. Dalia was sweet, attentive, and very helpful. Her cooking can not be adequately described. Well worth the price and convenience. Matt was a wealth of knowledge and on top of all things related to the house and amenities. We really enjoyed their dedication to making sure we were happy on the grounds. The dock, the close little reef, the kayaks, the far reef, the manicured landscape, all of it was spectacular and made it so you don't have to leave to have an amazing time. We couldn't have picked a better spot to enjoy a week of snorkeling and kayaking.

This place is absolute paradise. The house is beautiful. The staff was top notch and we had a wonderful time. There are a lot of stairs but that way you get your exercise in as well😊 We will be back!

If you are looking for a location that is beautiful and private this is the place for you. The house is gorgeous and we absolutely loved Dalia (Delia). She arranged anything our hearts desired including a special Birthday/Anniversary celebration including a beautiful cake. Any excursion we could think of she put us with the right people and made sure we had a safe and fantastic time. The 3 guys on our trip said they had one of the best fishing days they have ever had in the beautiful waters of Roatan. She was also our private chef for breakfasts and dinners and it did not disappoint. We picked meals before we came and ended up telling her to make us whatever she wanted because the food was ridiculously good. Lots of fish caught same day and my absolute favorite was pineapple French toast. Honestly I’ve been to Roatan 3 times and will never stay anywhere else because so can’t wait to come back and enjoy more of Dahlias yummy food. This is a spectacular house and the surroundings are also incredible! Do not hesitate on booking this one. We have been to Roatan many times, but this trip was the most relaxing. To make things even better, Delia, is a fantastic chef, and just a great person. She was very helpful with anything we needed. I know there are a lot of options in Roatan, but don’t think twice just book this one…..

Delia anticipated our needs with grace, making every moment enjoyable with her heartfelt dedication. Safety at Anoranza was assured, allowing us to relax fully. The villa's cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail made every space inviting and comfortable. It was not just about being spotless but about feeling cared for in every corner. Anoranza surpassed expectations, blending physical beauty, exceptional hospitality, and a secure, pristine environment into a memorable getaway. Delia's dedication and the villa's tranquil ambiance made our girls' trip unforgettable, setting a new standard for what a top-tier Airbnb experience should be.

Anoranza is a stunning location. The pictures are spot on. House is very well equipped with everything you have at home. We loved cooking in the evenings and exploring during the day to have lunch around the east end. It definitely is challenging to drive at night with the dirt roads, rent an SUV as they recommend. We absolutely loved how great the snorkeling was in front of the house. Taking the kayaks out to the reef was so wonderful and almost as good as the Dives. The coral is very healthy here. We loved our experience with Tropical Island Divers at the Marble Hill resort - Sam was amazing, certifying 2 teens on diving whole we were there. The diving is definitely rich in coral but doesn’t have as many “big fish” as I’m used to seeing. Still glorious. Robert was wonderful, always attentive to help us with anything we needed. His welcome cocktails were fantastic too. This was a peaceful wonderful home, we have come home fully restored! Don’t hesitate to book 🩷

Don’t even think twice, JUST BOOK! This place in real life exceeds all the pictures & the hype, it’s so much more. Being a frequent airbnber I must say Añoranza is an experience like no other… this place has been thoughtfully curated starting with the hosting expertise of Robert- going above & beyond to make sure you have the warmest welcome into your little paradise getaway & every connection throughout the island possible. Rob offered his driving services alongside helping us book the rental- put us in contact with Chef Dalia whose hands are blessed! Every meal was better than the next truly didn’t disappoint. What was originally booked as my birthday week getaway turned out to be my surprise engagement! Between my fiancée, my best friends & Rob I had the most beautiful surprise engagement I couldn’t have dreamt up. Añoranza holds such a special place in my heart I look forward to returning some day hopefully sooner rather than later. Beginning to end 12/10 for this place + staff!!!!

I booked Anoranza villa for my 40th birthday girls trip. The villa did not disappoint. It’s absolutely beautiful. Communication with Shelby, Sean and Robert (the property manager) was easy. They were very responsive and answered all questions. Robert was very accommodating during our stay. He helped coordinate all our activities/excursions for the week. Dalia also cooked a few meals for us and I regret not having her cook for our entire stay. Her food is amazing and she’s such a nice person. I have stayed at many Airbnbs and none of them are offering what Anoranza provides. This was the perfect vacation! I cannot wait to visit again.

I am a little reluctant to tell everyone how great this house, the hosts, and the staff are - because i plan to return and i want it to be available. it is a special place. gorgeous house, gorgeous location, super comfortable, amazing staff. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. At Anoranza we had the most relaxing and fun week that we could have hoped for. the owners are so professional, responsive and thoughtful. the house is set up and the details are perfect. they really have thought through every need. Robert, the house manager, and Dalia, the cook (optional) are both lovely, helpful and kind. i have spent my professional life in the business of property management, and i cannot tell you how hard it is to do what Shelby and Sean have accomplished with this lovely house.
