Casa Tina is a beautifully updated home that offers a modern take on a traditional Baja Casa. Featuring bright, cheerful colors and a welcoming atmosphere, it effortlessly sets the tone for a relaxing vacation. The home boasts stunning views of the tennis club, canyon, and Medano Bay that are captivating both day and night.
This 2,000 square foot residence includes two bedrooms, each with separate entrances and queen-size beds. The fully equipped kitchen is located upstairs and stocked for all your cooking needs. The bathrooms, kitchen, and furnishings have been recently renovated to enhance comfort and style.
Outside, you will find a large, private patio with multiple distinct areas for relaxation, along with a private pool that offers its own breathtaking views. The home is just steps away from the Pedregal tennis club and Court Cafe.
Location
Casa Tina is conveniently situated within the Pedregal community, offering 24-hour security. It is close enough to downtown Cabo San Lucas for dining, shopping, and nightlife, yet provides a quiet retreat. The property is within walking distance to both the private Pedregal beach and Cabo Marina.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the home, patio, grill, pool, and gardens. The separate entrances to the two bedrooms make Casa Tina ideal for couples traveling together or families with older children. However, it is not recommended for families with small children in the second bedroom due to the presence of stairs.
Please note that stairs are required to enter the home, reach the pool, and access the second bedroom.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and especially loved the pool and the views. The beds were very comfortable which we really appreciated. Air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was missing a utensil and the management was quick to bring the item the next day which was helpful. If you’re traveling with small kids this may not be a good fit for you as the second bedroom has a separate entrance. This may be an asset for other travelers who may appreciate the privacy, however. The accommodations are small and perhaps could have been better if there was a larger family room to gather together. We spent a lot of time by the pool so it was not a big deal. Overall, great stay!

First review is of Pedregal if you haven’t stayed here before. It’s incredibly safe, quiet, hilly and beautiful. You can get Ubers but you need to pre arrange it with the gate. There are only two restaurants that I’m aware of - Courtside Cafe, which is more for breakfast and fortunately right by this Casa, and The Mountain Club which is also very close. The tennis and pickle courts are also right by this casa. The beach and marina and relatively easy to walk down to but be prepared that the walk back up will be a workout. Second is Casa Tina. We were pleased with the service and the value of our stay. It was perfect for my husband and I, we wouldn’t have stayed here if we had younger kids simply because of second bedroom separation. Everything was functional and comfortable, albeit a little dated. We were nervous about how comfortable “air mattresses” would be, but we were happy with the one we slept on upstairs. The pool was wonderful and lots of lounge chairs to sit on.

Absolutely beautiful location, and the hosts were so responsive the entire time, my friends and I came for spring break and could not be more happy with how our stay went. We’ll definitely be rebooking the next time we are here!

Casa Tina was the perfect place for my wife & I to unwind in Cabo! The home was cozy, clean and quiet & offers a great view. Town was walkable (but could be challenging on the way up for some) but Pedregral is a great place to walk with tons of great views and access to the beach. Casa Tina is next door to the Cafe as well. The pool was a great spot to relax as well. One perk we found in the neighborhood was a new spa (Manoma) & restaurant (Fenix) that opened earlier this year that’s only a 5-minute walk from Casa Tina. Fenix absolutely blew us away. Upscale, innovated Mexican cuisine from one of the areas most notable chefs. Reservation only but highly recommend! Overall, our 10-day stay was great. My only gripe was the bedroom window. It can be noisy when winds get high which can affect sleep for some. I would return to Casa Tina in a heartbeat!

Great home for family vacation. More outdoor space than indoor. Conveniently located next door to a cafe and tennis & pickleball courts. Uber into town was less than 5min. Hosts were communicative and went above expectations.

2ND VISIT IN TWO YEARS. THAT SAYS IT ALL. PLACE HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A RELAXING VACATION. ANGIE AND SARAH ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND CATER TO YOUR NEEDS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
