This was a great spot for a vacation to Playa del Carmen. The location is perfect, great pool, comfortable apartment. It felt safe, with employees of the complex visible most of the time. I highly recommend a stay here!

I cannot hype the location too much. It's fantastic. Right on the beach on Calle 10, across the street from Zenzi, which is the go-to beach restaurant in Playa. Two blocks from Quinta Avenida in the heart of Playa. And shockingly, because the space faces the ocean and not the street, it wasn't even noisy. The apartment is as it appears in pictures, albeit better in real life. Check-in is easy (you check in at the reception desk).

We had a great time staying at Silvia’s place. Silvia was very easy to communicate with, and she was flexible in allowing our group to check in early to accommodate our early flight into Mexico and late checkout to accommodate our departure. The amenities were fantastic and as stated. Very clean, accessible to many restaurants and other facilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We have previously stayed in this El Faro building, but not in this unit. This is one of the few units with a 2-story layout. Allows for privacy with 2 large ensuite bedrooms upstairs and 1 down, a large balcony, and great views of the Gulf toward Cozumel. The pool attendants are very friendly - especially when you are trying to find lounges alongside the pool (too many other guests place towels on chairs at 8 AM and walk away for hours). The building team in the lobby is very warm and welcoming. We had just one issue during our stay, and Silvia was very responsive. The location is fantastic for walking - with wonderful restaurants around the corner (Tony at Les Amis is the friendliest restauranteur anywhere, The Lido on the beach has great drinks, Carlota for morning pastries, and Dirty Martini for cocktails). We walked to the ferry for a day trip to Cozumel. We look forward to returning to Playa del Carmen.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, which made it feel so inviting and comfortable for us. The view was absolutely stunning—definitely a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still being peaceful. Overall, it was clean, cozy, and such a great experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fuimos en familia. El alojamiento está muy bonito, bien cuidado, moderno y muy amplio. Con todas lo que necesitas para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles. La ubicación es inmejorable si quieres estar en medio de restaurantes y bares. Aunque se escuchaba la música, en lo personal, no era tan fuerte como para no poder dormir. Nosotros viajamos con niños y no tuvimos ningún problema para que pudieran dormir. Silvia excelente anfitriona, estuvo al pendiente durante toda nuestra estancia. Tuvimos un contratiempo e inmediatamente se movió para ayudarnos a que se resolviera. Lo único que sugeriría es que en la habitación de abajo se deje ventilar o poner aromatizante porque huele mucho a humedad. Los dos primeros días lo noté bastante, después no tanto. Pero en general todo excelente. Esperamos regresar pronto!

Great place to stay and relax. Yet a block away is all kinds of activity. Pools has to be one of the best around. Great places to eat just a couple doors away at Lido. Will stay here again.
