The Space

Casa Paloma is a luxurious beachfront villa with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the Belize Barrier Reef. The modern home combines tropical elegance with comfortable living spaces, including a private pool, rooftop sundeck, and spacious bedrooms overlooking the sea.

Location and Arrival

Casa Paloma is located in the peaceful Playa Blanca subdivision, 5 miles from the center of town. The fully furnished and equipped villa offers direct access to the beach and uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea and Belize Barrier Reef.

Upon arrival, the caretakers, Julio and Consuelito, will meet you at the villa and provide access. They live in a separate small home on the south side of the property.

Living Areas

Nine-foot glass sliding doors frame expansive views of the Caribbean Sea from the main living area. The open-concept living and dining space connects seamlessly with the fully equipped kitchen, deck, and pool.

The kitchen is designed for both convenience and connection, allowing you to prepare meals while enjoying the scenery and remaining part of the conversation.

The ground floor also includes:

• One bedroom with a queen-size bed
• One full en-suite bathroom
• An adjacent office
• A laundry room

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa offers three bedrooms:

• First-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed and full en-suite bathroom
• Second-floor primary bedroom with a king-size bed, pull-out sleeper sofa, and full en-suite bathroom
• Second-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed and full en-suite bathroom

The primary bedroom features panoramic views of the Belize Barrier Reef, a generous closet, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. The third bedroom is filled with natural light and opens onto a balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening stargazing.

Rooftop Deck

The rooftop deck provides a versatile outdoor setting for relaxation and entertaining. Enjoy a drink while watching the sunset across the horizon, or take in the stars as gentle Caribbean breezes pass through.

Outdoor Areas

A freshwater swimming pool and sun deck are located just steps from the main living area. The property also offers 52 feet of beach frontage with private access to the sandy shore and clear Caribbean waters.

The beach stretches for miles in both directions, offering opportunities for peaceful walks and exploration. Anglers may also spot cruising bonefish and permit, making the beachfront appealing for fly-fishing.

Guest Access

Julio and Consuelito will meet you upon arrival and provide access to the villa. Their separate home is located on the south side of the property.

Guests should arrange at least basic food supplies before arriving. Provisioning companies can deliver groceries, and recommendations are available for guests who prefer not to shop themselves.

Additional activities can be arranged during your stay, including:

Basic consumables are included with the rental, with quantities based on the number of guests in the booking:
