House Rules and Guest Policy

1. Large parties are not permitted on the premises.
2. Please avoid excessive noise and loud music on the patio to maintain a peaceful environment.
3. The maximum occupancy is eight people, including guests and visitors.
4. All guests entering the apartment must present physical identification to the security guard. Guests without physical identification will not be permitted to enter.
5. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted.
6. Speakers are not allowed on the patio.
7. All visitors must be registered with the security guards and provide valid government-issued identification.
8. Overnight visitors must be registered with the host as additional guests.
9. Excessive noise or disruption to the building’s quiet enjoyment is not permitted.

Visitor Limits

• Maximum simultaneous visitors: Five
• With five registered guests, up to three additional visitors are allowed.
• With four registered guests, up to four additional visitors are allowed.
