The Space

Villa Penasco is a modern cliffside mansion in the exclusive Pedregal community of Los Cabos. Perched above the coast, it offers panoramic views of Land’s End, Cabo San Lucas, the resorts along Solmar Beach, and both sunrise and sunset.

With space for up to 14 guests, the villa offers the feel of a private boutique hotel overlooking Baja. The rental includes daily American-style breakfast and housekeeping, as well as pool floats and beach towels.

Enjoy the heated infinity pool, shallow lounging area, hot tub, and terrace lounge chairs while taking in the expansive views. At sunset, use the barbecue and dine beneath the covered pergola.

Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors showcase the scenery throughout the villa’s sleek, modern interiors. Relax on the living room sectional while watching fishing boats pass El Arco, or look for whales from the dining room. The gourmet kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances and granite countertops. A separate fitness room and media room are also available.

Although the villa feels secluded and elevated above the coast, it is within walking distance of the Pedregal tennis courts and a one-minute drive from the beach. The nearest golf course is approximately a 15-minute drive away.

Important Guest Information

• Single-men’s parties, bachelor parties, and spring-break groups are not accepted.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Outside guests are not permitted.
• Maximum occupancy is 14 people.
• Additional guests cost $500 per person per day, for a maximum of two additional guests.
• Pets are not allowed.

Villa Guest Rules and Guidelines

Villa Penasco is located within the gated, private residential community of Pedregal in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. Many full-time residents live in the community, so guests are expected to be considerate and observe the following rules.

1. Excessive outdoor noise is prohibited at all times. Violations may result in fines of $1,000 to $5,000, arrest, and/or eviction from the rental property.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Violations may result in fines of $1,000 to $5,000, arrest, and/or eviction from the rental property.
3. Parties and events must be approved in advance and may be subject to event fees. Excessive outdoor noise or the use of outdoor speakers may result in fines of $1,000 to $5,000, arrest, and/or eviction from the rental property.
4. Consuming alcoholic beverages in public areas is prohibited and may result in fines of $1,000 to $5,000, arrest, and/or eviction from the rental property.
5. Public nudity is prohibited and may result in fines of $1,000 to $5,000, arrest, and/or eviction from the rental property.
6. Drug consumption in the house is prohibited and will result in eviction from the rental property.
7. Pets are not allowed.

Colonos del Pedregal A.C. Homeowners Association and its security personnel strictly enforce these rules. Any fines resulting from violations must be paid directly to the Asociación de Colonos del Pedregal A.C. Fines may also be charged against the security deposit held by the rental company or Operadora Casas y Villas S.A. de C.V.

Operadora Casas y Villas S.A. de C.V. and its on-site property manager reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules without a refund. Please treat the property with the same care and respect you would give your own home.
