The apartment is well appointed. It's location is superb, as you step directly into the main drag of San Juan del Sur. I urge that the staircase be completely remodeled and provided with handrails; not a single step has the same height and are extremely uneven, making climbing up and down risky. Alternately, get the elevator running ASAP or remove this feature from the listing. Sunrise is early in Nicaragua; blackout drapes are a must!

Nolan was a helpful and responsive host with good communication. Parking and amenities were convenient. We were disappointed with the pool, which was small and in poor condition. We also had very loud music at night on weekdays. Also, the towels were very worn. Another stress we had was electricity. We were careful, following Nolan's insistent recommendations. I think the price is a bit high for the value. You clearly pay for the view, but there is no balcony furniture to enjoy it (e.g., outdoor table and chair)

In the heart of town. Spacious. Safe. Appreciated having everything we needed to make a meal. Plenty simple things stocked, coffee filter, nap kind garbage bags, toilet paper and plenty towels and more! That’s attention to detail. Will be coming back

This condo is as pictured & centered right in the middle of SJDS, making shopping, eating & nightlife exploring easy & walkable. The only reason I gave four stars is because of some unforeseen difficulties during my first 36 hrs there that lead to a few delays in my daily plans. The toilet wasn’t working & it took a while for workers to fix, but then they didn’t finish it all the way so I had to tinker around with it myself in order to use it later that night. The cold water knob in the shower was broken & there was no running water my second morning there due to a city-wide issue I believe. Thankfully the building has an emergency water supply and Alba got there just after 1pm and turned it on. Throughout all of this Nolan and his housekeeper, Alba, were very communicative & did their best to assist me with these issues. There were a lot of ants in the condo & I used bug spray left in the kitchen whenever I saw them. Nolan allowed early check in. Beach towels provided but kind of old.

terrific location right across the street from the beach and a lot of restaurants. it is on the 4th floor so if you hate steps don't rent here.

Nolan’s place was perfect for our stay in San Juan del Sur! The location is unmatched! It is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. We didn’t have any means of transportation and we didn’t need it since Nolan’s place is within walking distance of everything. Nolan is also very responsive. There are some inconveniences to being in a new country such as the plumbing and electricity differences, but Nolan communicated everything clearly. We also experienced some bad weather while there and Nolan was so attentive to our concerns. He is a wonderful host. I highly recommend Nolan’s place and we would absolutely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this condo in San Juan del Sur. The location honestly could not have been better. It is right in the heart of town and directly across from the beach. The views from the penthouse are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was one of the highlights of my trip. The condo itself was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It felt upscale while still being comfortable and relaxing. I also loved being able to walk everywhere. Restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife were all just steps away, which made exploring San Juan del Sur incredibly easy. If you are looking for a place with amazing views, convenience, and a great atmosphere, this is definitely the spot. I would absolutely stay here again.
