Cajou offers a luxurious retreat surrounded by the spectacular nature reserve of the Mesa de Yeguas Club. The property features modern, minimalist design and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The Space
Cajou is located within the Mesa de Yeguas Club, close to the main clubhouse and easily accessible on foot.
Upon entering, guests are welcomed by the sound of water flowing through the main entrance. The television room provides access to the three secondary bedrooms.
Secondary Bedrooms
Each secondary bedroom includes:
- Maximum capacity of four guests
- Two ceiling fans
- Large windows
- Private balcony overlooking the garden
- Walk-in closet
- Fully equipped bathroom open to the garden
From the television room, guests can access the second floor, a quiet area suitable for relaxing, working, or playing table tennis.
Social Areas
The main entrance leads to the home's social area, which features triple-height ceilings and opens completely onto the garden.
The dining room includes a large table made from a single piece of wood and connects to the fully equipped modern kitchen. Large windows overlook the garden, allowing fresh air to flow through the space while you cook.
Adjacent to the dining room is the living room, furnished with two large sofas for relaxing and conversation. It offers full views of the garden and pool.
Pool and Jacuzzi
The pool and jacuzzi use saltwater, helping eliminate the irritation and smell associated with chlorine. Guests can swim at any time of day, including early morning or at night, while enjoying the birds and surrounding nature.
The pool area also includes:
- Barbecue area
- Small lounge area with a sofa
- Three sun loungers
Main Bedroom
The main bedroom features large windows and a spacious door connecting directly to the garden. It also includes a large, fully equipped bathroom that opens onto the garden.

Our staff is ready to provide warm, friendly service and delicious meals.
Guest Access
The house is located within the Mesa de Yeguas Club, providing access to the club's services and sports facilities. Guest fees apply, and costs and availability vary by season. These fees are not included.

The club grounds are extensive and can be explored on foot or by bicycle. Outside the club, guests can also find numerous mountain biking routes surrounded by ancient trees and beautiful landscapes. Ask us for more information about these routes.

House Rules
House and condominium rules must be respected.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Music and noise are prohibited after 9:00 p.m.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Only authorized guests may stay at the house.
- Smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms.
- If you ask us to open a folio for sports activities or purchases at the club's restaurants, the authorized guest must pay the full amount shown on the folio at the end of the stay.

The house is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful. Our children didn't want to get out of them. The ladies who work at the house are wonderful, very friendly and attentive to us the whole time. We also planned the menus from day one, and they took care of the shopping and then the preparation. We ate better than in a restaurant. Esteban was attentive to us the whole time and to every detail or development at the house. You can tell that the house is used by its owners, because the equipment is not that of a rental house. It has EVERYTHING, from kitchen utensils to board games. There are small and very significant luxury details, towels marked by room to avoid confusing them, pool towels, hammocks, sun loungers... in short, "the luxury is in the details." The view of the tee of hole 10 and a lake right in front of the house with several species of birds complement something that is already perfect. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Esteban’s place was amazing. The natural surroundings are beautiful, the home is very comfortable, and the service was exceptional. We truly loved every minute and would absolutely stay again.

Esteban's house is as seen in the photos. The service from Amparo and Bryan is amazing and Amparo's cooking is delicious The pool is delicious and it is very good salt for those who do not like the effect of Chlorine on the skin, the birds in that house are divine! They take great care Animals and many hummingbirds arrive, I have been in different houses in MDY and this one is very well kept in terms of cleanliness and the condition of all its furniture and kitchen utensils. Esteban responds very quickly and is very attentive to everything! We would always come back

I stayed with my family for a weekend and everything was very cozy and quiet. Amparo and Camila, the people who helped us in the house, were very friendly and organized. The place is impeccable and very nice. Highly recommended!

Great place overall. Stayed for a couple of days with some friends. The house is in great shape, perfect furniture and matched perfect the description. The house is fully equipped in terms of kitchen appliances and overall furniture. The two ladies the help with cooking and cleaning are the best out there, making it a pleasure to be a guest. Esteban’s service as a host was excellent, helping us around the logistics and questions.

We were delighted to find the house impeccable and beautifully situated next to a lake and just a few minutes from the club. The flora and fauna are incredible, humming birds and armadillos were regularly sighted. The house is spacious and well laid out so our group of 12 were easily accommodated. We hired a golf cart which was useful to get about inside the club, which is sizeable. Amparo was the best hostess ever! Her cooking was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Always with a lovely smile (and a sharp wit)!she really made our stay. Antonio was always ready to help with anything, including washing our cars! Overall a great place for a peaceful stay in beautiful natural surroundings, and the golf is amazing.

We just spent a few wonderful days in Esteban’s house. The house has a beautiful design is incredibly spacious and every little detail made our stay beyond special. By far one of our best airb&b experience. On of that the service staff is out of this world Amparo and Antonio were amazing and made the experience even better. We can’t wait to come back !
