• Main Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, half bathroom, deck, pool, and covered parking for one car.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with essential tools and high-quality appliances for preparing meals.
• Dining Area: Table seating 10 guests, suitable for meals or working on a laptop. Glass doors open to a private pool and a covered terrace with cumaru wood.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms accommodate up to 14 guests:
  • Master Suite: King bed, full bathroom with panoramic shower, spacious living room with sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette, terrace with pool (optional heating), and stunning jungle views.
  • Junior Suite: King bed, double sink full bathroom, parota wood closets, and workspace.
  • Double Bedroom 1: Two double/full beds, parota wood closets, workspace, and full bathroom.

• Parking: Covered space for one vehicle plus one additional street-side spot.

Upon arrival, a concierge representative will welcome you, provide a brief tour of the property, and remain available throughout your stay. You will have exclusive access to the entire villa.
