The Caribbean-style house spans four floors, including a rooftop terrace with a small pool and a pleasant view of San Felipe Castle. The first floor is used exclusively for the stairs.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation. The house staff will be present to assist you, but they do not sleep at the property.
For safety reasons, rooftop access is available until 10:00 p.m.

Harold and the house staff provided excellent service. The house is in good condition, two large rooms, the others are small but all with a private bathroom which is very useful. Since it is close to a main avenue it can be a bit noisy during the week

Harold’s place was great for our family of 15 as we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Best of all, Harold helped us coordinate transportation throughout our stay and birthday decorations. He was always responsive to ensure we were taken care of. The added security of having a security on property made us feel safe. The location is walking distance to many things. However, the location is also close to a busy intersection so keep in mind the noise from traffic.

Overall the stay was good; however there were 3 things that unfortunately made the stay relatively bad: 1) there is always a person in the house and the police (in the evenings), the police was too invasive, went up too many times and made us feel "observed", maybe the intention was to be helpful, but if it is a place where you want absolute privacy, think twice. 2) there was a leak in one of the upstairs rooms. It rained us two nights out of three. 3) the place in general was not what I expected. We feel that the photos make the place much bigger, and although the photos are real, the perception was incorrect. Not a bad place, but it was a must with some things, but specifically with the Privacy of the Manuel police

Harold is a great host and even more amazing communicator. He assisted and was available both before and after our intended dates, which relieved our group of any anxiety. The home was perfect for our group size (7) and the added layer of security provided that at home feel, while we were able to relax on the rooftop. The location was both walkable and short uber rides to almost any of the Cartagena hot spots. I would definitely not only recommend the house but also this host as they have multiple properties that may fit your needs.

Loved the house and location. Amazong restraunts, close to everywhere. Responsive and proactive hosts, great security felt very safe. Loved it!
