The Space
This inviting three-bedroom home is located in a secure gated community surrounded by lush common areas and excellent amenities. It is well suited to families on vacation, leisure travelers, and business guests.
The home includes:
- High-speed internet
- Hot and cold water
- Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all three upstairs bedrooms
- A ceiling fan in the living room
- Three floor fans throughout the main floor
Because electricity is very expensive in Nicaragua, please use the air conditioning only at night. Do not leave it running during the day unless absolutely necessary.
Please turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and floor fans when leaving the house or whenever they are not in use.
Parties and gatherings are not permitted. Visitors are allowed.
Parking
The house has one available parking space, while the host’s personal car is parked in the driveway. Street parking may be permitted if you have a second vehicle.

A starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, coffee, and sugar, is provided upon arrival. Please plan to replenish these consumables after arrival, as you will need to supply your own for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules
To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, the house may accommodate no more than six guests. Having more than six guests present is considered a violation of the house rules.

Honestly, our stay at the place was beautiful. It was very safe. The host was super helpful and always available to answer questions and assist. The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, and in a super accessible location with major shopping malls less than a 10-minute drive away. Overall, we would gladly visit them again because everything was impeccable 👌🏻👌🏻

The stay at Gisselle's place was very pleasant from day one and we felt very comfortable. The house is just as seen in the photos and in the description, and above all, it's very clean, with no little animals. It's an ideal house for a family. The pool and gym make the stay more enjoyable. We felt safe in the gated community at all times. Communication with Gisselle was excellent. His directions were accurate, he was very friendly the whole time, and his responses were quick. We can definitely recommend the house.

Great place to stay in Managua! The home is modern, well equipped and very well located. Bedrooms were comfortable with warm water and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Gisselle is responsive and communicative. Check out is at 10am, earlier than usual. On the pricier side for Managua, however, would still recommend for a comfortable and convenient base!

This place is beautiful, clean, safe and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed. You can truly feel the care and love Giselle puts into hosting. Her hospitality went above and beyond, she was kind, attentive, and always available. Best place to stay in Managua. Everything you need is near by. The House was very comfortable & safe. Sadly there was no booklet detailing the area & its amenities I had no access to the Pool & I had to take the garbage out myself. Overall a Great Place.
