The Space
The White Villa stands out with its unique features. It is located inside a gated property and surrounded by a tropical garden filled with fruit and coconut trees. This villa is the only one with a private, separate entrance, creating an exclusive and serene setting for your family and friends.
The villa comes fully equipped with all necessary amenities. An optional cook is available for an additional $140 per day to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, allowing you to truly relax during your stay. Alternatively, you can walk to a nearby restaurant.
Laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, are available on-site in the shared laundry room. The first laundry service is complimentary; thereafter, it costs $15 for a large load and $10 for a small load.

There was plenty of room at the white villa for our group of six adults and five children. We enjoyed the common pool and watching the monkeys. There was a smaller pool right next to our kitchen. This was great for relaxing, and the water warmed up nicely in the evening. There was a large outdoor kitchen, a hammock, and lots of seating. We went during the dry season, so there were very few mosquitoes. The area is very safe. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. The three closed off bedrooms have their own washroom. And the kids bedroom with the bunkbeds also has a washroom on the side, but that room is in the common hallway so it does not have a door. The bedrooms were quiet. The house was a little bit hard to find but the instructions from the host helped. There is a dirt road to get up to the house. There were beautiful beaches nearby that felt quiet, secluded, and not crowded. The hosts provided beach+ bath towels. bring shampoo, soap and conditioner. The private chef was great

Beautiful place, as other travelers indicate, the social area outside is beautiful, with a large kitchen and good space to eat and spend time with the family. The Jacuzzi was a plus for our girls. Perhaps the only important thing to mention is that the place has only 3 rooms, the fourth is a type of corridor or room where the cabins are located but it is a common area that has no privacy. But the rest is great and met our expectations. We definitely recommend it.

Magical place with indoor/outdoor living. Beaches nearby are lovely and easy to access by foot. There were a couple hiccups with the water but they were attentive and fixed the problem. Was the perfect way to end our trip to lovely Costa Rica.

Very beautiful place, quite comfortable for 12 people. We were a group of friends and we thought it was amazing, the instructions were clear, we took Andrés' recommendations to the beaches and they are beautiful. I 100% recommend the place, the kitchen was fully equipped, the lady was very helpful at all times in case we were missing something and the rooms were beautiful. Having 4 bathrooms is excellent. Thank you so much for making our stay very pleasant

We had an amazing stay in the White Villa! It's very nice and more than enough space for our family of 4. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very spacious. The outdoor covered living space/kitchen was the perfect gathering space for my family and friends who stayed in other villas on the property. The Jacuzzi is a nice extra treat for chilling in the evenings. Andrès, Leda and Lizette are special people. They made our stay even more special. This was our 2nd stay at Villas La Paz, can't wait to return!
