The place was fine, very close to everything. I would have liked it to be a little cleaner, especially the bathroom. However, for the price, it's pretty good.

It's my third time at the place, and since the first time I noticed that the place was dirty, the floor was poorly cleaned, super wet, and dangerous. The shower was dirty, the towels were in the dryer, and the sofa bed they provide is useless. There were 4 of us, and we needed the sofa bed, but it couldn't be used. We wrote to them, but we didn't get a response until the next day. The area is super quiet, the price is good, and the apartment is safe, but they need to improve communication. There's no one to help you on site if you need anything, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the place are very poor.

Great location and very responsive. Just wish the description states no ac on bedrooms. Certain stations in bathroom that looks like mold but maybe it's not.

The place was well located, but the apartment needs more cleaning. There were stained armchairs and stained blankets and sheets. There were cockroaches in the cutlery and cobwebs. The bathroom and sink were dirty.

My stay in general was good. The service was friendly, the facilities were comfortable, and the location was very convenient. However, I believe there are areas for improvement, especially in cleanliness, as the place was not in the best condition upon my arrival and smelled bad. In addition, I had some problems with parking, which caused inconvenience during my stay.
