This spectacular luxury estate is located between La Vega and Villeta, surrounded by mountains, a river, and lush vegetation. The property features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, kiosk and entertainment room, two kitchens, two grills, and spacious green areas for sunbathing or relaxing.
With a warm climate just 45 minutes from Bogotá, the estate is ideal for family vacations and gatherings with friends.
The Space
Our farm is a secluded retreat nestled among the river and mountains between La Vega and Villeta. Located only 45 minutes from Bogotá, it offers a peaceful escape from the noise of the city, where guests can relax to the sounds of nature.
The property is divided into four main areas:

- The large garden offers plenty of green space for sunbathing, meditation, reading, or relaxing, along with more than 30 fruit trees.
Surrounded by a river and abundant vegetation, the farm is an ideal setting for enjoying nature. Its convenient entrance from the Medellín Highway also makes it easy to explore La Vega and Villeta, two charming towns offering outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, fishing, and more.
Guest Access
All areas described above are completely private for you and your companions during your stay. No spaces need to be shared with other guests, allowing you to enjoy the property’s tranquility, natural beauty, privacy, and security.
Other Things to Note
Please treat the property with care and respect, as you would your own home. We work hard to provide a clean and welcoming space and appreciate your help in leaving it in the same condition.
- Help protect the environment by recycling waste according to the provided instructions.
- Use natural resources, including water and electricity, responsibly.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in common areas. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Respect the peace and quiet of neighboring properties by keeping noise to a minimum in the main house, especially at night. Noise is permitted in the kiosk and pool area at any time.
- Notify us immediately if anything is broken or damaged during your stay so that we can arrange repairs.
- Take appropriate precautions during outdoor activities to help prevent accidents or injuries.
- For your safety, we recommend that you do not enter the river. We are not responsible for accidents that may occur if you choose to do so.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
- Cats, dogs, and wildlife live on the farm. Please respect them and avoid disturbing them. If you wish to feed them, use appropriate food and designated areas.
- Pets are welcome, but guests must supervise them, clean up after them, and prevent them from damaging the property or the surrounding plants and wildlife.

The house is very cozy, ideal for a group stay. The jacuzzi is a plus. Everything is very clean and well maintained. A small warning: there is a large dog and four cats on the property. They are very affectionate and discreet, but this could cause discomfort for people who are not animal lovers. One drawback: the proximity to the highway generates noise. It's not unbearable, but it's not very pleasant either.

Mauricio was exceptionally pleasant, flexible, proactive, and responsive throughout our stay. The house itself is beautiful, and my family immediately felt at home. Its layout is both practical and dynamic, with a dedicated covered BBQ area fully equipped with everything you could need. The pool and the social/play kiosk with its own bar were also outstanding. The house is very spacious, well-equipped and has plenty of amenities including a hot tub, sauna, swimming pool and several kitchens. It is very well located and easy to get to because it is on the road, which makes it possible to hear a little noise from the road. Although it is advertised that it can accommodate between 6 and 16 people, the price to be paid increases according to the number of people who go. This is normal, however I would have liked to know before booking. The final price seemed a bit high to me. The property is in a pretty nice natural setting. Timón the dog is beautiful and friendly, he got along well with our pets.

We were with my family and some friends at Mauricio's house recording a music video and enjoying this farm. We arrived before check-in and with Mauricio's directions it was very easy, since it is on the main road, very close to the town of La Vega. Super clean, furnished, equipped and quality linens. It is a house with an open kitchen with a snow cone maker, a living room and two dining rooms plus three bedrooms with a private bathroom. Apart from a covered outdoor living room where you can see the river with another wood-burning stove and a great oven for making pork and pizzas. It has a delicious sauna, a good sized pool and a Jacuzzi. Another closed game room with a giant TV and private bathrooms. All this surrounded by fruit trees, trails where you can disconnect from the busy city environment. We had an excellent experience in this home. The place is very nice, quiet and surrounded by nature, which makes it perfect for disconnecting and resting. It is a spacious and comfortable space, ideal for sharing with the family, with all the necessary amenities to spend a carefree weekend. The weather was amazing, which made the stay even more special. We enjoyed a very relaxing and nice weekend, in a cozy and calm atmosphere. Definitely a place we'd go back to.

The house is beautiful, as seen in the photos. Mauricio was very attentive to us before and during our stay. They were very friendly and we were able to bring our dogs. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are excellent. The house was very clean, with all the necessary cooking utensils. We'll be back soon.
