From location, to convenience, to not having to worry about one single thing, Coral Bays gets a 100/10. The staff was EXCELLENT, they were so attentive, kind, and helpful in every way possible. It made our trip overseas so easy. We travel a lot and I have never had a vacation run so smoothly thanks to Coral Bays! From helping me plan excursions, taxis, golf cart rentals, and booking the small flight that even got us into San Pedro. Thank you all! We will be back and will recommend to anyone staying in San Pedro area :)

Coral bay villas were private, quiet, right on the beach, quick walk to the baker, and town, with shops and restaurants, lovely place.

This is a great place to stay for the price!! Awesome view of the sea from the pool. You can get to the downtown area with a short walk along the beach. They also provide you with an app that gives you all kinds of information that makes travel and check in smooth as well as what to do in town or how to get a golf cart. Staff are friendly and helpful!! You will not be disappointed.

My daughter and I recently visited San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize, for the first time and we’ll definitely be going back! We stayed in the Pineapple Suite at the Coral Bay Villas and it was absolutely PERFECT. The location just south of “downtown” was close enough to easily access everything by golf cart or a walk along the water. We were directly on the beach and our villa had a lovely patio – perfect for sitting and enjoying a morning coffee or watching the stars and listening to the waves in the evening. The villa’s décor conveyed a casual tropical beach vibe that truly matched the surroundings and created a comfortable home away from home. The property grounds were beautiful and well-kept, whether hanging by the pool/hot tub or gently swinging in a hammock. My daughter and I also enjoyed playing cornhole and appreciated the game always being ready and available for the next challenger. One of the most valuable aspects to our stay at Coral Bay Villas was the exemplary staff. The team of Simon, Elsa, Freddy and Oscar went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of, any questions were answered, any needs were addressed. They assisted with air transportation to the island, golf cart rental, and the digital guide provided upon booking was full of fabulous information! While in San Pedro, my daughter had a medical emergency that ultimately required us to extend our stay. I was able to depend on the staff for help and guidance, and the extra support that often makes a big difference when in the midst of a stressful medical situation. They were amazing - very professional, and extremely personable. Our trip to Belize and our stay at Coral Bay Villas was incredible. There is no doubt that we’ll be back and will become repeat guests – we miss it already!

Staying at Coral Bay Villas was truly a delight. As soon as we booked the place, they sent a guidebook that can be downloaded onto your phone which contained tons and tons of useful information that made our trip great! Everything was easy to plan, communication was great, and I can't even stop talking about the views and location. Coral Bay Villas has a private pool that is 5 steps from the back door and a private beach area that is 15 steps from the back door. If you walk 15 minutes down the beach you are in the heart of San Pedro where you can get great food and treats or pretty much anything else you are looking for. If you still need additional help, you can talk with Elsa, Freddy, and Oscar, who are on-site, and they can get you hooked up with the things you need quickly. We loved staying here and meeting such wonderful people.
