Casa Lluvia is a 3-bedroom villa in San Felipe’s La Hacienda community, just a five-minute walk from the beach. With 3 bathrooms and space for 8, it offers a comfortable coastal stay.
Welcome to Casa Lluvia
Casa Lluvia is our home away from home in the beach village of San Felipe, Mexico. It is located in the exclusive south beach development of La Hacienda.
The property is approximately a 10-minute drive south of town and about a five-minute walk from the beach. San Felipe is known for its beautiful waters and plentiful beaches, offering refreshing swimming on hot days and warm evenings.
The Space
Our goal is for you to enjoy a wonderful holiday. During your stay, we hope you feel relaxed, comfortable, and at home.
Please note the following:
- The pool is not heated.
- The two upstairs bedrooms are connected.
- The home has the best available internet service through Starlink.
- An electric vehicle connection is available upon request for an additional fee due to the area’s high electricity costs.
This is a comfortable, well-maintained home with character. The property is older and regularly maintained, although some areas may show normal wear and tear. It is not a newly renovated or luxury space, and minor imperfections may be present.
The home is located in a desert environment, so occasional sightings of local wildlife or insects are possible. This is a natural part of the area, and reasonable steps are taken to manage it.

- Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted.
- Live music and loud music are not allowed at any time.
- This is a quiet property intended for respectful guests.

Additional Information
Many guests arrive before the designated check-in time. Fortunately, there are several ways to enjoy the area while you wait. We often recommend visiting the grocery store to pick up a few essentials, giving you more time to relax after checking in.
There are also several good restaurants nearby where you can enjoy lunch and sample the local food.

This is the fourth time I've rented it. I like it because of the privacy of the place and the house, the large spaces, and that seems great to me. This time I brought my dad, who is in a wheelchair, and it's easy to get around because the house is so big.
