• Bedroom 4: Two single beds on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom and shower

Each bedroom provides comfortable bedding and storage. There are four full bathrooms, each equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower. Please note that accessing the upper bedrooms requires climbing stairs.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the townhouse and shared access to:

Additional Information

• All guests must present ID at the security checkpoint upon entering Palmará.
• Basic bath essentials such as toilet paper and soap are provided at arrival but are not replenished during the stay.
• Electricity is included in the nightly rate up to 50 kWh per day. Consumption beyond this limit is charged at 3.50 pesos per kWh. For long-term stays, electricity costs are billed separately based on usage.
• A mandatory cleaning service is required every 21 nights, costing $90 USD. For stays between 21 and 42 nights, one additional cleaning fee applies; for 42 to 63 nights, two fees ($180 total) are charged; and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $90 is added.
• Extra charges apply for guests exceeding the property’s maximum capacity.
• Guests must sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
• A security deposit may be required before check-in depending on the booking platform. This deposit is charged to a credit card and refunded after check-out if all terms are met.
• Surveillance cameras are installed on the premises strictly for security purposes.
• Long-term stays are available.
• The maximum speed limit within the residential area is 20 km/h; fines are imposed for violations.
• The pool is serviced on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If guests are absent during maintenance, keys should be left in the lockbox for access.

House Rules

• Travelers must be at least 25 years old to book.
• Upper rooms are accessible only by stairs.
• Smoking of any kind, including tobacco and cannabis, is prohibited inside the townhouse. Recreational drug use is strictly forbidden. Violations incur a $300 penalty.
• Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are not allowed. No loud music after 10 pm to respect neighbors.
• Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property. No tents or additional structures may be erected on the grounds.
• Renters are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
• Government-issued ID may be required at check-in or during the stay.
• Please avoid moving furniture.
• Pets are not allowed.
