The Space
Oceanfront Hacienda is a three-bedroom home at the water’s edge on the cliffs south of Puerto Vallarta. It features two king suites, an ocean-view room with three queen beds, a private heated pool, glass railings overlooking the waves, and a rooftop party terrace.
A dedicated concierge is included. A local cook or full chef team can be arranged for an additional fee.

Access
Del Mar PV is situated on a cliff above the ocean. From the parking area, the Hacienda is reached by descending 137 stairs. Please bring bags that you can comfortably carry on stairs. If you have questions about access, contact us before booking.
Guest Access
The entire Hacienda is yours, including:
- Private heated pool.
- Rooftop terrace.
- Stairs leading down to the rocky beach.
Concierge and Dining Services
A dedicated concierge is included.
- Add a local cook for $95 USD per service.
- Add the full chef team—chef, kitchen assistant, and bartender/server—for $295 USD for breakfast and lunch or $195 USD for dinner.
- Groceries can be purchased for you through a shopping account, with a 15% shopping fee and a $25 USD minimum per trip. Itemized receipts are provided.
- Most groups spend approximately $15–30 USD per person per meal on groceries. House beer, wine, and cocktails generally add about $10–15 USD per adult per day.
- All-inclusive food and drink packages can also be arranged per person, per night. Ask about the available options.
- Before arrival, your concierge can help arrange airport transportation, massages, celebrations, tours, boat trips, and more.
Good to Know
- The listed price includes 10 guests. Each additional guest costs $15 USD per night, with children under 24 months staying free, for a maximum of 14 guests.
- Guests beyond the available beds use air mattresses or the sofa bed.
- The pool is private to your booking and heated to 80°F (27°C) from November through April at no additional charge.
- Heating the pool to 90°F is available for $50 USD per day.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors, but not in common areas or around the pool.

The accommodation is very nice and very well located in a quiet area. It should be borne in mind that there are many stairs to get to the hacienda, so it is not suitable for people with disabilities or those who are very weak. But it's worth it if you don't have any health problems!!!! 🤩

Hello, the experience in this house was different from what I expected, nothing like the photos. But the view is spectacular, although it needs urgent remodeling! The service we received from the maintenance person was excellent. He was very respectful, friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. His service was 5 stars. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. He responded in a timely manner.

Very good stay with incredible views. The pool was a good temperature and had an incredible view. Good for the price and close to Boca de Tomatlán.
