The house is very nice and comfortable, with a beautiful view, and it's very spacious. It does have a lot of stairs, which is something to consider if you are traveling with elderly people or young children, as was our case… but it's well worth it! We would like to come back!!!!

The house is big, in good condition, clean, and in a good area. They accepted our dog, and the people who work there are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The manager was in constant contact with us and always responded super quickly. The cook is super good and friendly, and the cleaning lady arrives early and does a great job. The only drawback we had was that there is no enclosed common area, meaning the kitchen is completely open, as are the dining room and common area, which means that the heat and mosquitoes made it impossible for us to cook or spend time with the family in the evening. We like to get together to play board games and have dinner, and we just couldn't do that, since the only enclosed areas with air conditioning are the bedrooms (the pictures don't make it clear that the kitchen is open plan). But honestly, everything else was great :)

The house, the view, and the location were spectacular. The cleaning staff and the cook were very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms had dust in the closets, and one of them had no hangers. The pool was very dirty. The towels and sheets were clean but very worn. The facilities were very basic. There were no lamps in the bedrooms, no wine glasses, and no sharp knives. We found the house keys stuck to the door, and when we went inside, there was no one there. In front of the house, there was an armed neighbor. Later, the cook explained to us that they were taking care of the materials from the renovation. The hot tub in the pool didn't work, or they never told us how to turn it on. They told a guest that we couldn't move anything related to the air conditioning because it would get out of sync, and on the first night, it didn't cool down. It was very uncomfortable because the pool was never cleaned. The next day, they fixed the air conditioning, and we drank wine from small glasses. I think there are areas for improvement, as the house is very nice.
