The Space

Casa Marimar by Ronival is a charming townhouse retreat in the beautiful Mavila community. The property includes two separate units stacked one above the other, allowing groups to stay together while maintaining individual privacy.

Each unit has its own entrance, creating flexible accommodation options for extended families or groups of friends. Everyone can share the experience while still having a private space to retreat to.

The upper unit includes:

The lower unit offers the same layout and provides an equally inviting and well-appointed space. Both kitchens are equipped for preparing meals and enjoying shared dining experiences.

Other Things to Note

Mavila is a brand-new community, so some construction noise may occur. Construction takes place during the day from Monday through Friday and on Saturday mornings. All amenities listed in the community description are complete, and most guests are not bothered by the noise.

Mavila is a non-smoking community. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in common areas, including the pool and green spaces.

Pets are not allowed on the property in accordance with the community’s homeowners association rules. Please follow this policy to help ensure a smooth stay and avoid potential cancellations.

External vendors are not permitted inside the properties. The concierge service can recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.

Monthly reservations are accepted. An additional refundable security deposit of USD 300 per month may apply; please confirm the details before booking.
