We are always on the hunt for a private beach front home in the Caribbean and something large enough to fit our family. Living Waters did not disappoint. We were a little worried with the newer rentals behind the home that the privacy we desired would be disrupted, but that was not the case. The dock in front was a highlight for our kids who love to fish, they had great success. We had the chef come several days and really enjoyed that too. We also rented a car and did quite a bit of adventuring. We tried several restaurants in the area as well as traveled to the West End on a few occasions. We loved the flexibility that having our own vehicle provided. The only thing to note and plan for is that it took about 2 hours/4 cycles for the hot tub to get to temp and this had to be done each day. So if you are wanting to relax in it in the evening, just plan for it. We had a great stay and would come back again!

If you're looking for a luxury, extended stay on Roatan that's away from the crowds and noise, this place is perfect. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay in the relaxing atmosphere of Living Waters. A local couple actually does the hosting and they met us at the airport to make sure we were situated. We then followed them to the house an hour and 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, we got a tour of the home and amenities. There is also a full-time caretaker who manages the grounds and any facility issues. We opted in on the chef, Dulce, and loved the amazing food she made. The menu options cater to both Honduran and American tastes. The pool, hot tub, and beach were great and it was wonderful to just relax. Our kids would love to go back. Some things to be aware of: if you're driving there, the roads can be a little treturous to drive. There are local restaurants, but some are only open seasonally. Groceries are expensive, but you can find what you need.

What an unforgettable experience at Living Waters! My family and I extend our heartfelt thanks to Blaine and his team for making our East End stay truly magical. From Daisy’s welcoming guidance and grocery stop, we felt right at home. Dulce, Lanny, and the crew were spectacular, always attentive and warm . We played in the sun ☀️, relaxed on the white-sand beach, and recharged in this plush home with everything needed for an island getaway 🏝️. Highlights included the pool and heated jacuzzi with reef views, private balconies, well-equipped kitchen, snorkeling gear, kayaks, high-speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo, smart TVs, and pure tap water. The concierge service, including chef options and daily maintenance, made it seamless. Living Waters created lifelong memories—we can't wait to return!

The Living Waters home is incredible. Walk in the front door and the ocean is right in front of you. Daysi met us at the airport, directed us to Eldon's so we could stock up (get everything you think you'll need, we didn't find other stores on the island with similar selections and its 1 hour from the house). We had Dulce, helped by her daughter, cook a number of meals for us. They were a delight and food was great. If you don't have a car you can get to a few places. Go to Cliffsides for dinner. Camp Bay Lodge is a few places down, everything we ate there was very good. Still I'd recommend getting a car so you can explore the entire island, for activities and local restaurants. A lot of people love the east end of the island because it's remote, but do prepare for some very rough dirt roads. Going even 5 miles on the east end of the island might take 30+ minutes. Everyone uses "whatapp" to communicate, so get it before you go. We loved Roatan, super friendly people.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The layout is nicely thought out and allowed for some privacy from the rest of our party if/when needed. We’d start many of our days kayaking out to the reef for snorkeling (the snorkel equipment is great!), having a beautiful breakfast, spending hours in the great pool and finishing the afternoon with a cat nap. Then completing the evening making a delicious dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen and finishing off with a movie (I’m prone to being eaten alive by mosquitoes so I tend to stay inside at dusk). We didn’t utilize the chef service but as someone who enjoys cooking, the kitchen was great! It was one of the most enjoyable experiences we, as a family, can remember.

The house is as shown, large and pretty. We could have done without all the religious crosses everywhere. The issue we had was we wanted to snorkel and dive. When we booked we were sold off the listing that dive Pangea was next door. They aren’t. They closed. Probably because of how windy camp bay is. It made for little to no water sports (unless you like to kite board) in the area. So we had to travel daily to the west end to calm waters. You’d think the two hour drive each way doesn’t sound bad. But sitting in construction, one lane dirt roads, drivers who won’t let you pass and try to run you off the road… makes for a long day trip. If it wasn’t for the amazing groundskeeper Lany, my review would be very positive at all. He was great, and on the only calm morning (still very windy) took us out on kayaks across the water to a reef area. We had a great snorkel trip with him. We lost internet 1/2 week, hot tub doesn’t work well. If you want quiet/ wind, it’s nice. Not for snorkel/dive

The house was beautiful. We enjoyed our food experience with Dulce. Lanny was exceptional and our boys loved him. He was helpful with anything we needed around the house and took our boys fishing in the kayaks.

Great place to stay on the east end of the island. Beautiful setting, very peaceful and quiet. The house is really amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. Lany, the caretaker, was the absolute best. He took great care of the property, was super helpful if we needed anything, and even took us snorkeling out at the reef. He was great! We definitely hope we have an opportunity to come back.
