The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: very clean, large, with an excellent ocean view and fully equipped. The only thing to note is that building staff usually close common areas, such as the pool and gym, before the scheduled time (8 pm, as we were informed), probably to be able to finish their shifts a little earlier.

Positives- the place is beautiful you can’t complain about that and because Ubers are inexpensive we can get to places fast. Negatives - host took so long to respond to any question I would have. The only times he would text me is if he needed something. We called a day before and asked if we can arrive early as our flight got in early we never received just at least a respectful text if yes or no after texting several times. He didn’t even let the front desk or cleaning lady know we were arriving early. Then lied about the having tenants that day checking out. Then the AC starting leaking lots of water in the room to the point that no one can sleep in that room. After me texting again they wanted me to wait for a maintenance guy until whenever he can get there. Hello I am on vacation!! So then they call that he is going and I take an uber back and let them know I’m back and again no response made me waste a day. We had the two that were sleeping there leave and had to go elsewhere.

The apartment was very nice, the beach was super clean and quiet, Mrs. Etilza helped us with our stay and it was the best! Delicious food and perfect cleanliness.
