The Space
Elements Villa is a newly built modern tropical luxury villa featuring four bedrooms. The design emphasizes high ceilings and glass walls, providing jungle views from every room. Spanning over 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, the villa offers a peaceful retreat as it backs onto a protected natural jungle area.
The large solar-heated outdoor pool remains at a comfortable temperature and serves as the focal point of the afternoons. Surrounding the pool, you'll find a custom oversized Balinese daybed and a 14-person Guanacaste wood dining table, creating an ideal setting for poolside relaxation and private family meals. The covered outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed to suit Nosara’s warm climate, allowing guests to enjoy the perfect evening temperatures outdoors.
Elements Villa is equipped with a MistAway mosquito and insect repellent system, developed by an American company. This system automatically sprays a fine mist of natural botanical insecticide derived from chrysanthemum-like plants, effectively eliminating nearly all mosquitoes and insects around the outdoor perimeter. It requires no messy sprays or closed doors, leaving no residue or harmful chemicals. This ensures the outdoor pool and lounging areas remain about 98% free of bugs, enhancing your outdoor experience.
The villa includes two fully stocked gourmet kitchens—one indoor and one outdoor with a built-in BBQ grill—perfect for preparing meals yourself or for private chefs. All cookware, plates, cutlery, Italian coffee moka pots, French presses, blenders, juice presses, and small appliances are imported for quality and convenience.
Each bedroom features luxury hotel-quality mattresses, bedding, and linens. Automatic blackout blinds, quiet Haiku fans, and air conditioning in every room guarantee a restful and comfortable sleep. In the mornings, raise the blinds with the touch of a button to reveal stunning treetop views of the natural jungle.
Ensuite bathrooms are spacious and bright, equipped with Grohe faucets and rain showers. The bedrooms are generously sized and arranged for privacy on the second floor, with two master suites located at opposite ends. Elements Villa is centrally situated in the prime north Guiones section of Playa Guiones, Nosara’s most sought-after area. It is just 50 meters from the new Iguana Hotel and a five-minute easy walk to the world-class surf beach at Playa Guiones.
Once you arrive, a vehicle is unnecessary. The villa’s private driveway leads directly to a neighborhood where the best restaurants, cafes, smoothie bars, shops, surfboard rentals, and even a mini supermarket are all within a short walking distance.

I can’t begin to describe how perfect our stay at Carmelina’s and Victor’s place was. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, very comfortable with an amazing large pool surrounded by nothing but trees. You feel like you are in the middle of the jungle when in fact the supermarket is basically next door to the villa, the beach is about 10 min walk and there are many great restaurants within a few minutes walking distance from the villa. The most incredible thing about the villa were our lovely hosts Carmelina and her husband, Victor. They were there to welcome us upon our arrival, available for every need or request. Every day Carmelina made sure to give recommendations and make dinner reservations for us and even brought us lovely freshly baked bread. We really felt very well taken care of! Thank you so much our new friends, Carmelina and Victor, for an unforgettable stay. We hope to return soon!

Incredible. Will be back. We stayed for two weeks...best spot in Nosara. Absolutely perfect location...in the middle of everything you need, right by the beach. Victor is the best host...let us borrow his car, set us up with a bunch of restaurant reservations, and with Kevin (the best chef). 10/10 perfect stay. Highly recommend

We just left Elements and wish we never had to leave! Carmelita and her family are the most wonderful and gracious hosts. They were generous with their time and information ahead of our trip. 1. The House - Elements exceeded all expectations! The house was beautifully designed and equipped; it is professionally maintained. The pool was large and deep. There are great lounging options both inside and outside by the pool. 2. The Location - it is the best part of playa Guiones to stay. We had never been there before and some people suggested other parts of the town. We chose Elements and were so happy once we got there. You are within short walking distance to everything that you would need for a spectacular vacation; beach, restaurants, shops, etc... we were there with two 14 year olds and they were able to have independence and we all had fun! 3. The Hosts - They were amazing! As I stated, above, they were gracious and generous with their time and information on the area ahead of our trip. Clearly they love guiones and it shows! They built this house after falling in love with the area and, in turn, have passed that love onto their guests. We plan to be back and hope to be fortunate enough to stay at Elements again.

Elements Nosara is amazing! We loved every minute of our stay this March. The host Carmelina organized everything. When we arrived we were met by a van and were on our way immediately. We arrived a little early for check in and they we happy to have us. The company that manages locally was very professional. There was even basics in the fridge which was an unexpected treat. The house is huge and all new. Super clean lines and everything works. High ceilings and lots of windows a big sliding wall opening your family room to the outdoors. Our three boys loved the huge pool. The rooms we nicely spread out. We only used four but you could easily add another family or two. Location is in the heart of one of the coolest parts of Nosara. We rented a golf cart but really everything is close to the house. The kids loved having it though. The house is so well built that at night when you close the doors to your rooms and leave on the AC you don’t hear anything. Or if you want you can open them up and listen the the monkeys that live in the backyard. Tips: use the Guilded Iguana beach club. It’s just down the way and you whole family can uses any board for a low weekly price. Also the smoothies there are excellent. Leave everything open downstairs. They have an eco bug fog system that deals with Mosquitos. This is the first trip where my poor wife hasn’t been attacked. Super cool. We have stayed in several beautiful AirBnB houses. However, this is by far the nicest. Not even close. Well done to the hosts.
