Casa Soul Rise is a luxury vacation rental in Playa Flamingo, located just 350 meters from the sands of Brasilito Beach—close enough to hear the waves.

The home features sweeping ocean views, panoramic mountain scenery, and beautiful sunsets every evening. With a private 25-yard Olympic-sized lap pool, indoor gym, and spacious living areas, it offers a comfortable tropical retreat where modern design meets natural beauty.

The Space

Casa Soul Rise is a brand-new six-bedroom luxury home created for relaxation, connection, and enjoyment. The property includes more than 6,500 square feet of interior living space and deck areas.

It accommodates up to 14 guests comfortably, including use of the sleeper sofa in one of the guest casitas. Two fully equipped, self-contained guest casitas provide additional privacy, making the property well suited to families, couples, and groups of friends traveling together.

• Four bedrooms, three of which offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding hills.

• Ocean-view office with a desk and reliable Wi-Fi, located in the fourth bedroom.
• Expansive wooden deck with loungers, shaded seating, and exceptional sunset views.

Guest Casitas and Apartments

Each private casita includes:

• One ocean-view bedroom.
• One full bathroom.
• Kitchenette with a stove, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and air fryer.
• Living area with seating and a smart television.
• One sleeper sofa that can accommodate two additional guests in one of the casitas.

The casitas are ideal for couples or friends who want privacy while remaining close to the main home.

Additional Services

The following services are available for an additional cost:

• Private chef service: $65–$125 per meal, per person, depending on the type of meal.
• In-house massage service: $100 per person.
• Mid-stay cleaning service: $80 per housekeeping visit.
• Full concierge service, including tailored experiences, travel and excursion arrangements, transportation arrangements, errand running, and more.
