The Space

Casa Ayla is a multi-level villa featuring four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Situated in the Hollywood Hills of Los Cabos within the gated community of El Pedregal, the home offers breathtaking views of both the city and the Sea of Cortez.

The villa is bathed in natural light throughout the day, showcasing bright blue skies and ocean vistas. El Pedregal, meaning "The Rock," is renowned for its stunning homes and spectacular scenery. Each room is equipped with a Wi-Fi extender to ensure a strong internet connection throughout the property.

The main floor boasts an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects a spacious marble and wood kitchen with the living room. Large sliding windows provide uninterrupted views of the city and the Sea of Cortez, enhancing the living experience.

The dining area includes a table that comfortably seats ten guests, perfect for shared meals. The kitchen features a sizable marble island designed to make food preparation enjoyable and convenient.

The expansive outdoor area includes a large infinity pool accompanied by numerous sun loungers, ideal for relaxing under the sun or enjoying stunning sunsets with a glass of wine.
